> **Pros**: The standout for our team is crafting client emails together before sending. Everyone&#13; contributes to drafts, adds input through comments, and we make sure messaging is&#13; on point. Automation takes care of keeping our pipeline organized so we're not&#10;manually shuffling things around constantly.

> **Cons**: Search handles current stuff fine but gets sluggish when you need to pull up threads&#10;from several months back.

> Eight months deep and this thing is baked into our daily sales rhythm. Knowing&#13; exactly who owns which deal matters big time, especially when teammates are on&#13; the road or calling in sick. Ramping up new salespeople got significantly easier - they&#10;observe how our best reps communicate with clients and absorb good habits&#13; naturally. > **Pros**: There are a lot of players in this space, but Missive does one thing (shared mailbox) really well; the collaborative drafts with real-time editing (like a shared google doc) are nice, the comments/discussions on emails are easy to use, the rules are comprehensive, labels with sharing (auto-share to specific users when a label is applied) are neat, and they have apps for each platform (Mac, iOS, Android, etc.) which is much nicer than just a web app.

> **Cons**: The pricing has increased over time. I wish they had free (or lower cost) observer users - there are many cases where we'd like a larger group of users to have access to certain labels (to occasionally lookup something) but can't justify the cost of a license for all those occasionally users. The tasks feature seems clunky (I never understood it so I don't use it).

> Great if you're looking for a tool that does one thing really well (shared mailbox), but if you're looking for all-in-one platforms with fancy AI automations, there are other options.

> **Cons**: Because of the fact that we were integrate other platforms into our Missive use we would sometimes run into troubles if one platform upgraded and the functionality stopped between the two.

> **Pros**: The comment feature lets me quietly ask our senior accountant questions before replying to clients, which has stopped me from giving wrong information several times. Templates for common billing situations (payment receipts, late fee explanations, payment plans) save a lot of time.

> **Cons**: The preview sometimes has trouble showing certain PDF files, so I occasionally need to download them to see them properly.
> 
> We started using Missive about seven months ago and it's made our billing work noticeably easier. Before, client billing emails were spread across everyone's personal inboxes and we'd sometimes send clients different information about the same invoice. Now everyone sees the same information and our replies are consistent.
