Saw the advantages and didn't hesitate

Excellent! The integration team were very knowledgeable, thorough and communicative, the time saved in day to day tasks is obvious, and the user-friendliness and built in features are great for the price.

Pros

Ease of use, helps streamline processes, and all inclusive management features

Cons

I'd like a little flexibility on the color scheme but the standard green is fine and this is a pretty superficial con.

glitch riddled and contract happy. dont waste your money or time.

You pay a lot for a system that isn't any better than the others that are cheaper. Every time they would add an update to the software, they would have other issues after. At the time of writing this, I am still dealing with customer info being removed from tickets every time i enter back into a ticket. they apparently fixed this issue but it is still present.
When i tried to leave, they told me my contract automatically renewed (without my approval or knowing) and they wont let me leave the contract even though i've made it very clear the system doesnt work for my shop.
fyi, no other shop management system does this and autoleap is the most expensive system out there and yet is a good ways behind the other systems you can get.

Pros

Product has a lot of cool features (although most other softwares have the same features)
the support team was quick to respond when there were issues (there have been plenty in just a year)

Cons

Software is full of glitches and errors.
The web app often freezes and the inspections are problematic. Often inspections would come back incomplete and we would lose all data and details of the inspection.
You cant record more than a few seconds of video for inspections so its totally pointless to have them on there.

Pay attention to the contract you're signing. the contract states they can renew your contract every year without your approval and without giving you a heads up. It doesn't bode well for a company when they feel the need to hold you into a contract to get you to stay and pay them money. all the other software we have used were month to month because they believe they have to earn your business every month and if you need to leave to better your business then they are more than happy to let you leave. autoleap however does not operate that way and will not let you leave even if their software isnt working for your business.
there are no 3rd party integrations with autoleap, so dont expect to be able to add any of the other awesome 3rd party systems that can make your business thrive.
Autoleap wants you to rely on them and them alone.

Amazing System for Auto Shops!

Has been an amazing transition and very easy to train due to the amazing staff at Auto leap.

Pros

Very simplified system that saves time due to the amazing features such as parts Ordering, being able to send for approvals and invoicing, and a chat box that a real person responds within a minute to help with any technical difficulties

Cons

We are on the least for some enhancements that we are liking to make the system best for us such as more attachments being added to a RO. We are excited to see how long it takes for an enhancement to be updated within the system and have high hopes.

Loving it!

Overall, im very happy with the program. Ive found it to speed up my inspection and repair times and provide for easier access to more accurate diagnostics.

Pros

Smooth usage between laptop, tablet and cellphone even for an app based program. Enjoy the direct access Prodemand and Mitchell and the ability to hilight notes and concern points for the service managers to be able to bring tk the customers attention while i continue on with the diagnosis, repair or inspection.

Cons

A bit laggy, we have found that at the shop at times it will highlight with an odd error for vehicle model year on the laptop side of the program, but on the phone or tablet itll work with no issues, you just have to transfer out. Another issue weve had is when trying to access mitchell, it will start to load a secondary page and subsequently crash both pages, forcing a restart of the inspection or repair timing.

Autoleap is an excellent program for all shop owners

I am extremely happy we made the switch to autoleap. I am keeping better track of hours and profit so easily now.

Pros

Autoleap makes my day to day job easier to track employee hours on jobs, do estimates and invoices. This program is everything we needed years ago!

Cons

I haven't found anything I dislike about autoleap to date.

Great Concept

Pros

Stressful because there is so much to learn in a short amount of time. I did not feel that the training offered in the group setting was helpful but once Chelsea and I were able to have training sessions one on one I was able to learn much more and relay that information to my team.

Pros

Chelsea was very informative and super willing to help us adapt to the new system.

Cons

The payroll tracking is not easy because we work on a commissions based pay, however we have found some work arounds that seem to be doing okay.

Great review for AutoLeap

My overall experience with AutoLeap was definitely a great one and I would definitely recommend this to others.

Pros

The invoicing/billing system, the SMS/Emailing system and our new receipts was my favorite about AutoLeap.

Cons

I least liked the amount of different tabs there are that take you to the same page on AutoLeap.

Making tomorrow better.

As with any change it is a bit challenging at first, but with AutoLeap's coaches assistance the new program was a needed change.

Pros

Bringing the processes of scheduling, estimating to invoicing into a more streamlined process.

Cons

Change from what we were comfortable with into a quicker process.

loving autoleap

great and the team will help you at all cost and carter to want ever i need and one on one talks and help when i need it the most..

easy to use and carter to my needs. and team is there when i need them wow thank you for making it easy guys..

lagging at times. tested internet and found no problems , so confirmed that at times it is running slow and lagging.

Auto leap is a great product

Amazing customer service drop what there doing to help you out.

Pros

Once you learn how it works it easy to follow. Also repairs can be reported to car facts.

Cons

At start it a little overwhelming, it takes while to learn it. But they walk you though the entire process, need repeat help there willing to do that.

good for mechanical, less than desired for tire sales

After 2 months, I would choose Tire shop over auto leap we are a tire store that does mechanical and the tire portion is not good. Takes way to much time, time we don't have. Tire shop I could sell 4 tires, order them, schedule the appointment and be done in 75 seconds. Auto leap is 4-5 minutes.

Pros

Mechanical parts ordering is good and easy to function.

Cons

The tire portion takes way to long to navigate, looking up prior history is not great. No oil filter information when you write someone up, you have to look it up, takes time, no direct air or cabin filter info which tire shop has. Just a time consuming POS for a tire shop.

A fantastic investment to any automotive repair shop!

Pros

The integrations for estimating saves a ton of time, but the automations for customer reminders, follow ups, estimate approval, e-signatures, and reviews is what I love most.

Cons

Nothing so far, we have only used it for about a month now and are still building processes around the software.

I'm glad i switched

im happy with the overall product. lots of room for adapting and also streamlining to our needs.

Pros

so much data that you can pick and choose what you need. light years ahead of Mitchell who didn't have a reliable platform for inspections etc.

Cons

lots of data. KISS
the repair side is weak. and not very user friendly. i have mitchell for labor as the labor times seem more accurate with mitchell.

Autoleap is great!!

Over all auto leap makes my job easier. And makes thing easier to track.

Pros

Makes things quick and easy. I like being able to take pictures.

Cons

I would like if you could take picture not only u see inspections.

Super easy, user friendly and efficient!

Great, easy and efficient. It's been a great transition so far.

Pros

Very easy to implement, as AutoLeap customer service was fantastic and helped us every step of the way ... from day one to going live and beyond, making sure that we transitioned fully. The system is easy to use and easy to train the staff. We have become a much more efficient company already!

Cons

We still have a few kinks that we are smoothing out, but AutoLeap has been great at resolving our issues as they come along.

Excellent customer service

So-so. It is not as easy as I expected, but hopefully, they will improve.

Pros

Customer service is top-notch. I know I can contact my rep at any time to discuss any concerns or questions I may have.

Cons

Some services I expected to have were not included, such as basic service notifications for customers, PartsTech is really not as good as just calling the local parts store, and there is no user-friendly mobile app.
