About Ennov Doc
Ennov Doc is a cloud-based enterprise document management solution designed to help organizations across healthcare, biotechnology, chemical, pharmaceutical and multiple other sectors consolidate, track and manage documents in a unified repository. Features include worklist dashboard, full-text search, workflow configuration, expiration tracking and periodic review.
The metadata-based document model allows professionals to discover, locate and use files of various formats. The application comes with a PDF viewer functionality, which enforces security by providing read-only access. Ennov Doc's archival feature lets employees preserve and retrieve documents for later use. It also helps administrators manage the document lifecycle, create access rights and automate PDF rendering and tags.

I used ENNOV DOC for a long time now (since 2009) through two companies.
Pros
1/ The user friendly approach, especially in the V7/V8 version. 2/ Also the fact that Entity administrator do not need to have IT knowledge. You can manage the solution if you are from RA, QA, SUPPLY or whatever.3/ The ENNOV team reactivity (support desk but also project manager) 4/ Finally the best pros for me is that all the ENNOV solutions (DOC, DOSSIER, PROCESS, RIM..) are linked and connected, allowing incredible possibilities.
Cons
Cause the entire solution is a web based solution, we can meet some trouble with software latence or connection issue . But it is now quite rare with new version.

much better than 100% on paper

As it is our first software to manage documentation, I don't have comments because it is much better than everything on paper

no possibility to check who has read which doc and what doc has been read by whom

Pros
Save time to share documents
and have the doc signed by the amount of person how have to signed it.
Cons
complicate to get new documents in Ennov.
Not easy to find the way and steps after a few weeks.
