Game Changer
I love having this new source of candidates. I look forward to using it daily.
Pros
Being able to attain personal emails & numbers in a matter of seconds is a game changer. I loved the quality of candidates I received back. Much better than LinkedIn.
Cons
I wish, during the free trial, I could see what the ATS integration looks like. Also not all the data was perfect. I did get candidates that their cities did not match, or that they had just started a new job.

Get Rid Of LinkedIn Recruiter and Get RecruitBot Instead
Easy to use and implement. Customer service is great. Sales team is fair. Pricing is great. Database is huge.
Pros
RB is easy to use and affordable. The value exceeds the cost by far. The customer service team is 10X more helpful than LinkedIn has ever been.
This is easy to use, easy to track, and easy to implement. We made 3+ hires our first week after implementing with dozens lined up for the next few.
Cons
No cons. I love this thing. I try to bring it with me whenever I stand up a new org.

I would never pay for this
If this tool was free, I would consider it (on days when I don't have anything else going on). However, there is no way I would ever pay for something like this...they are certainly NOT competing with LinkedIn.
Pros
They can verify some emails, that's really the only pro I can list.
Cons
The platform seems very old school and out of date. There aren't any candidates on recruitbot that I wasn't able to already find on LinkedIn. They claim their response rate to be so high but I got very little responses (I got way more on LinkedIn through Inmail). They claim the machine learning saves you so much time but it's not even accurate.

Thank you RecruitBot for adding some ease into a recruiters life!
I really enjoy the ease that RecruitBot provides. I can prepare the campaigns, then RecruitBot takes over. It frees up a lot of my time, and I don't need to be on top of sending out the 2nd and 3rd outreach.
Pros
There are multiple ways to reach prospects. I love that you can generate emails/campaigns specified to your needs to send out automatically at your discretion and stop those from continuing to be sent out if need be.
Cons
I wouldn't call this a con, but I do wish there was more access to entry level position prospects.
I do get an error message "failed to save search" when I attempt to select "save & see search results". Not all the time, but on occasion.
I do wish there were more entry-level prospects to reach out to: RBT/BT/CNA

Amazing platform and fantastic customer success team
Pros
An extensive candidate database, complete with LinkedIn profiles, for easy review.
Advanced filters, including specific skill sets or programming languages.
Machine learning results derived from data collected from 10 candidates who match our selection criteria and 10 who do not.
Fully automated outreach.
An amazing customer success staff that ensures not only the on-track progress of candidate search and outreach but also provides best practices to prevent your emails from being labeled as spam.
Cons
Limited to what is explicitly declared on LinkedIn, for example, if you're looking for Next.js expertise, then the word 'Next.js' has to be explicitly declared in the candidate's profile. Unfortunately, there are candidates who do not keep their LinkedIn profiles detailed enough or up-to-date. However, for all other candidates, this platform is perfect.
