Save tour money pointless tool
Six months of time and budget completely wasted, with zero results to show for it. I’ll never purchase anything from or trust LinkedIn’s sales team again.
Pros
Honestly, there's not much to like. While it offers more search features than a standard search, you can achieve the same results using a Boolean search on Google for free.
Cons
The cost is outrageous. They provide a search base that's only slightly different from the standard, yet their fees are exorbitant. Pricing and deals vary for each customer, entirely at their discretion. They were dishonest to secure the sale—don’t trust the benefits they promote, as they're often misleading at best. Moreover, over 70% of those marked as "open to work" were unaware that this status was even active on their profiles.

Best partner in Recruitment
It has been the most useful tool I used in my whole recruitment career and most of my success came from Linkedin. I am very grateful for this platform for it has made all my connections possible to different profession and industry.
Pros
As a recruiter, it is very effective in finding the best candidate for the roles I am working on and very easy to use. 99% of the candidates respond back swiftly!
Cons
nothing much, it is quite straight forward so all the things you can see is pretty much it.

A recruiter review of LinkedIn Recruiter
I have had a very positive experience, it's easy to find and message easily daily and the option to post job ads makes it the most important tool for recruitment.
Pros
I appreciate the customizable search options for finding candidates, and it's very convenient to see who is already in your ATS system.
Cons
The AI option is interesting however it feels that it slows it down currently, I do see this getting quicker in the coming months

Utilizing Connections
Overall LinkedIn Recruiter has been a vital part of my recruitment and account executive career. It's an easy way to find and connect with talent and prospects in North America and abroad. As much as the loading annoys me I wouldn't be able to do my job without it.
Pros
I like LinkedIn Recruiter because it utilizes a social business platform with a world of connections and allows more insight and ways to search. My favourite features are saving candidates to different projects, having templates for reaching out messages that you can tailor as you go, filtering for searches, and the ability to keep track of any overlap with colleagues reaching out.
Cons
LinkedIn Recruiter can be slow to update with messages and often the system is down. At least once a week LinkedIn Recruiter will stop loading and say there is some sort of error, and to try again later. This wouldn't bother me if it didn't happen so often, and sometimes I really need to see what my candidate sent me in a timely manner, but I can't if I have to wait out a system update on LinkedIn's side.

Helpful tool for Recruiters
Excellent
Pros
A very easy tool to use. You can search potential candidates using boolean search and using filtering options. You get the most accurate results for your search and it also has an option that shows that you have already viewed the candidate
Cons
Sometimes you find very old profiles that are updated for a long time and also the candidate information is not correct

LinkedIn Recruiter
Overall LinkedIn Recruiter is good but I don't know if it's worth the full price.
Pros
Obviously, LinkedIn is the go-to site for finding talent and all the additional filters are awesome.
Cons
For the cost, I would really like to see more options. For example, you have to pay extra for job posts and additional InMail credits. Also, when searching for candidates, you have to manually exclude all of your current clients every time. There isn't an easy way to add current clients and filter them out for the entire team.

Definitely a must for HR and BD people
linkedin recruiter allows me to do any kind of search no matter the role, location or even the grade of connection. I'm able to contact people who is not in my network and consider them for any of the vacancies that I'm managing.
Pros
LinkedIn recruiter is easy to use, very intuitive and let you do different things in terms of candidate management. You can source people, save their profiles in different projects, make templates and contact them and also set up appointments thanks to the integration you can do with your calendar!
Cons
It's really expensive (it worth it) if you don't belong to a company that could pay for it.

Facilitates and is more efficient for candidate management
Recruitment processes are challenging, but with this LinkedIn feature it becomes something simpler and more effective, as the platform is growing and is a hub that attracts many candidates.
Pros
I like the efficiency to attract candidates for the most diverse vacancies and the filter possibilities. Being a great option for candidate management.
Cons
I don't like the price. For start-up companies it is not very ideal. For anyone who features, it's worth the investment.

why so expensive?
The time that I had it, I found improvements in my performance when it came to finding suitable candidates for my job opportunities, it also allowed me to grow my network faster than in the standard way. It brings many advantages Vs a free account
Pros
It is a very useful tool for those of us who are dedicated to contacting talent with job opportunities, allowing us to squeeze much more a wide network such as LinkedIn. It allows us to search with advanced and improved filters (and prevents us from having to know how to use Booleans), it also allows us to track candidates and published notices, with an organization similar to a simple ATS, together with InMail messages (limited) and with much less hassle to find and add new contacts. This makes the job of recruiters much easier by taking much more advantage of what the network has to offer and reaching more and better candidates in less time.
Cons
I think the title says a lot: these advanced functions included in the package called "Recruiter" is very expensive for a freelancer or a self-employed worker, even for SMEs, and in return offers improvements, but they are not congruent with its high price. For example we have a limited amount of InMail messages (30 in Recruiter Lite). An active recruiter can spend these credits in 2 or 3 working days very easily. The other features that it offers helps, but if you already have a large network and you know how to use LinkedIn in an advanced way, it is not so much the difference is little and the money is a lot.
For a large company the cost is accurate

LinkedIn Recruiter
It was great and it boosts my confidence and competence on my work.
Pros
This helps me a lot to source, reach, contact, and filter applicants suitable for the position I am looking for. This helps me reach conenctions beyond my network which makes me an efficient recruiter.
Cons
If I may say, the only cons I can give is that its not free. Though, all the penny are worth it if your start and get the gist of to make use of it!

Excellent Platform To Find Genuine Profiles
Similar to a job fair, it enables us to hire from a large linked pool. Its job posting is really helpful and helps to find active candidates.
Pros
It allows me to find and connect with passive candidates that help me close open positions. Its search algorithm and project are excellent. We can integrate it with other tools and publish free or paid requisitions.
Cons
The price is a bit high, and we cannot even view out-of-network profiles. Except this, there is nothing to dislike. It works well.

LinkedIn Recruiter is the best sourcing tool
Pros
The amount of candidates you can reach out is tremendous vs the standard job boards. There are a huge pool of quality candidates that can you can't even find elsewhere.
Cons
Navigating LinkedIn Recruiter, searching for candidates and creating projects may find it a bit difficult for first time users.
Also, there's no way for you to filter candidates based on work permits.
