Metricool is a Swiss Army knife of Social Media Apps
Over all Metricool has been great to work with. I'm really excited to see how much time I can save by not having to visit each social media platform to respond to comments.
Pros
The thing I like most about Metricool is that I can respond and interact with comments and the commenters from the app. I don't have to go out to Instagram to respond to comments.
Cons
We are still new to using Metricool. It all seems super shiny and nice right now.

Very usefull tool with the best prices
Good because it doesn't have failures, except the mentioned
Pros
It's the cheapest social media tool and I don't miss anything on it: support team answers in a few minutes, it's very easy to post on social media with it and I'm able to manage multiple accounts
Cons
If I want to post something manually, the app doesn't work well because I don't receive notifications (Android)

Disappointing Experience with Billing and Customer Support
Pros
A good service should value its customers and be willing to rectify issues promptly, especially when it comes to unauthorised charges. Unfortunately, Metricool fell short in both billing integrity and customer support. I’m left frustrated and regretful for ever signing up. I would not recommend this service based on my experience, as it seems they lack the responsiveness and transparency that customers deserve.
Cons
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Metricool. Despite cancelling my subscription well in advance, I was still charged to my credit card. I reached out to their customer support multiple times to resolve the issue, but the responses were slow, unhelpful, and didn’t address my concern. It felt like I was going in circles with no real assistance or resolution.

Good and competent social media management tool
In general a good tool to use for social media management.
Pros
I have used Metricool for a long time even when the tool was not as good as it was now. It is easy to use and now have a lot of good features that I have to pay much more for in other solutions.
Cons
I dislike the overall design of the tool. Even if it does not really matter I really prefer to work in a tool that feel new and fresh which Metricool does not.
