Great for Technical Support
Overall, this is a great tool to have as a technical support agent and customers like it too because it allows them to show the issue they're having with real-time detail, eliminating the need for them to describe the issue over the phone or an email.
Pros
I really like the ability to have a portal that allows me to see what my customer sees. In technical support, one of the biggest challenges is fully understanding what the customer is experiencing. Having this tool allows for my team to have a better understanding of reported issues by seeing what the customer sees in real-time, eliminating the need for back and forth emailing.
Cons
Sometimes, it simply does not work. Certain mobile platforms (such as Apple) usually have some sort of security built-in that prevents the application from working properly.

Viewabo is a great product to interact with customers
I would say it's a positive experience and makes my life and the customer's lives easier as through Viewabo, I am able to directly see what the customer is seeing and can help better navigate through troubleshooting steps. Sometimes it is very hard to explain something clearly just using words, so having a way to view the eyes through the customer has been very helpful.
Pros
I really enjoy how simple it is to deploy the software. It's very simple on both ends (users and customers) and is a very painless and seamless experience.
Cons
The software can be inconsistent in video quality. I would say it has worked more times than not, but on with certain phones (did not think to ask about their Phone specs) the app seemed not to work at all. The only thing I was able to navigate was Firefox was one browser that Viewabo never had any luck with connecting to.

Great Software to work with the customers
I truly enjoy it and it helps a lot for my job.
Pros
1. Stream with customer and troubleshoot
2. The ease to connect to customers
3. Able to use on most devices
Cons
1. Does not work with customers with pixel phones
2. Not able to enable flashlight on cell phone

Great and honestly such a helpful tool.
Pros
The software is easy our customers enjoy the ease of access and its pretty simple and fast.
Cons
Sometimes the connection is not able to be established but a lot of factors can go into this. Please allow a flashlight on this, please.

CyberPower PC Tech Chad
Overall, it takes out the guesswork on trying to figure out that the customer is trying to explain to us. We can literally see what there seeing in Realtime and not have to wait for emails to come in with pictures.
Pros
The ability to highlight certain areas on the screen with different color boxes does come in handy when showing our customer what parts to look out for. That and the ability to start the video feed in a windows format works perfect with us since we all run multi monitor setups.
Cons
There is a few instances where the video feature will not work on IOS devices, or the video feed will not show and all we get is a black screen.
