Sage X3 the reliable ERP
I have over 14 years of experience with Sage X3, it has helped me to progress and master the different business processes of the different modules.
Pros
the integrity of the different modules is the flexibility of use as well as the availability of information in real time
Cons
the scheduling module is a bit complicated and does not meet our needs

Awful company
Awful, predatory
Pros
I was looking for something more customizable than Quickbooks, which it is.
Cons
Misleading advertising, said works with Mac doesn't really(yeah if I install it in parallel and buy a new subscription for all my other software in Microsoft parallel). Then refund process was excruciating, didnt refund money and had to follow up several times. Then you have to sign up with Pay for ACH which is worse. The rates are extremely expensive, they make you sign all this stuff before you get the actual rates, I never used service or finished setting up service and closed account with sage. Then a year later I get charges, they won't refund me even though I never used them or finished setting up. Extremely unhelpful.

Sage X3 Review
It is a good product that gets the financial job automation done, but with regard to reporting and materials management it is not as good. The standard of technical support is also commendable
Pros
It is customisable
It is a relatively cheaper ERP product
It covers all the financial aspects including accounts payable and receivables
It has localised African support
Cons
BI/Dashboard is poor

Great ERP Solution
Pros
Intuitive menu structure and easy to use once the basics have been learnt.
Very flexible and can be customized to suit your business
Cons
Relatively complex initial set up and not the quickest of systems as always a processing delay
