Pros
Sage Intacct has become the backbone of our financial management operations. The program's robust accounting and reporting capabilities are outstanding. I appreciate the flexibility it offers in creating custom financial reports, providing a tailored view of our organization's financial health.
Cons
While Sage Intacct excels in financial management, enhancing the mobile app's features for on-the-go access would be beneficial. Adding more comprehensive functionalities such as invoice approvals and expense tracking on the mobile platform would improve accessibility and flexibility.

Under Construction
Sage Intacct has been an upgrade in many ways from Sage 300, however, it is missing some critical components for a company that makes heavy use of job costing. It is obvious that Sage is putting a lot of work into Intacct, so I do have high hopes that the missing pieces will someday be filled in.
Pros
I like that Sage Intacct is online and allowed us to move away from using a physical server. This allows employees to work more efficiently when working remotely.
Cons
Sage Intacct does not handle job costing well. We are a construction company and Intacct has struggled to give us the detailed information we need. We have had to utilize other 3rd party software to fill this gap.

Sage a Fairly Good Product
Overall, pretty good other than not being user friendly in the start. Once you know where to find the information you are looking for, it is a good product

Data storage is really good. Once you know how to find what you are looking for a good product.

Difficult to find information, not as seamless a other systems

OK but not a great fit for smaller businesses and nonprofits.
We bought the system as a solution that was able to integrate with other software we use. We continue to use the system - but partially because installing another system is so labor and cost intensive. Staying with the "devil we know" has been our course of action. My relationship manager is very supportive.
Pros
It is a robust and well designed system. I has far more features than we would ever use.
Cons
Many updates actually are not helpful to us. They don't have a "less robust" option for smaller businesses. Product support is spotty, especially when it comes to API integrations. And some things are very hard to do in Sage Intacct, that were actually quite simple back in Sage Peachtree.

10+ year Sage Customer
We’ve been using Sage Intacct as our ERP for over 10 years and have greatly enjoyed the experience. As our business has grown significantly since the initial implementation, Sage Intacct has consistently remained our global financial system of choice throughout this journey.
Pros
Robust multi-dimensional reporting capabilities. The reporting feature allows us to analyze financial data across various dimensions—such as departments, projects, and office locations.
Cons
Occasional challenges with Sage Intacct's integration capabilities, particularly when syncing with other systems. For instance, we had issues during synchronization between Sage Intacct and Salesforce,
