How Intulse Changed My Business
Pros
Intulse has completely changed the way I run my business. With multiple office locations and multiple part time employees, I need a unified phone solution that allows one person to pick up where another left off. Intulse says, "We can do that!"
Now, when someone calls my business, three physical phones ring along with two additional softphones (phones that run on iPhone or android)
If, a voicemail is left - that voicemail is pushed to multiple email accounts so that response time is minimized - this has changed how I do business.
Intulse has been one of the greatest answers to prayer my business has had. Thank you INTULSE!
Cons
What do I like least? That I tried to solve this problem on my own and not spend the money. Of all the overhead my business has, INTULSE isn't going away - the benefits that it provides very much outweigh the cost - and really, Intulse is quite affordable

Right Time For Change
Customer Service is excellent and if you are comfortable with technology you can do most of the setup and changes yourself, which is what I prefer. The sound quality is amazing I have never had any issues whatsoever.
Pros
At a time when compliance demanded a quick turn of our companies work flow, we were able to integrate the phone and call recording features directly with our current CRM for seamless integration. We had very little time to find learn and implement the product and we were pleasantly surprised that everything went so well. The setup was so easy and the team was so responsive. In speaking with others in my industry we were ready to go live when others were still searching for their solutions.
Cons
I think some features I wanted initially only because I was not used to the system. I would like to see the phone screen somehow become part of the actual dashboard. All the features are on the dashboard, so you have to go back and forth to use the keypaid, which is a little cumbersome. The fax feature is very very basic. I would like to see additional options such as receiving a notification without receiving an attachment, which is what I had with my current provider. I am required to save a fax confirmation sheet and not a report, but due to HIPAA I do not want the PHI documents being mailed back to me which defeats the purpose of the fax.

Intulse Phone System
The sales portion was great. The customer service after that point has been lacking.
Pros
The VOIP phone capabilities were nice, the voicemail system emailing voicemails to us was nice.
Cons
I have found the phones themselves to be fairly easy to use but the software seems to be lacking. It is unclear how to use auto attendant, I still don't know that we have it set up correctly and the customer support is not helpful. I do not believe we have our call tree set up as efficiently as we could or voicemail system but the customer support has not been helpful and we are trying to keep our small business running and do not have the time to also figure out the ins and outs of our phone system.

Great product at a great price!
Pros
The software is easy to use, support is responsive and helpful. Setup was a breeze. The folks over at Intulse made it easy to setup. We had a very small window from the time we made the decision to go with the system until the time we needed to be live before busy season hit. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team over there were all fantastic about getting the stuff we needed to us, and then were very prompt in handling it when we got it back them. We met our target go-live date with ease!
Cons
As someone who used to admin phone systems for a living, there are a lot of settings I don't have access to that I was used to being able to do myself. It certainly free's up a lot of my time because when I need to do something, I have to let them know, but I can shoot an email and then move on with my day, but the "doer" in me misses being able to do it myself.

Hinlel Insurance Review
It has really made things easier for us which will allow for higher levels of production etc.
Pros
It has made transferring calls, parking calls, and voicemail so much better than anything Comcast could offer.
Cons
We have had some employees complain about a dropped call here or there but overall it seems like great connection. Im sure these things will get better in time.

We Love Intulse!
Overall, we have had a great experience. it connects well with our CRM and makes it easy for us to pull up client accounts when they call in.
Pros
We use this for our Health Insurance business and we love the functionality. We don't have a brick and mortar so everyone is in different locations but it works seamlessly as if we are in the same office. I do like that it can be a desktop or cell phone app as well as having a desk phone.
Cons
There seems to be an issue when I call people from the phone app and i'm in my car. They can barely hear me. Also, we tried the online meeting room and it was glitchy.

Easy Interface, Inconsistent Service
Easy to work with, good local presence, I don't use the soft phone feature anymore as it's too inconsistent.
Pros
It's very easy to forward calls to my cell phone and to see when my co-workers are on the phone (helpful when working remote).
Cons
There is inconsistency in connection strength when calling out from the soft phone technology. I generally make outbound calls as a sales rep, and have had calls garble or drop randomly.

New phone system
Overall happy with Intulse. I am realistic in believing that there are going to be some bumps that need to be smoothed out and worked through as you launch a whole new phone system. For the most part if something was not as expected, Intulse has been able to make adjustments or train us on how to accomplish what we were trying to do.
Pros
I like the features that are available on the software ie: no longer needing multiple phone numbers, integration with our CRM, transfer to my cell phone when I need to leave the office, the ability to see who is on the phone and who they are speaking with. I like that they are a small company so you talk to the same people when you call in.
Cons
I don't like that we have to wait for Intulse to update speed dials and features on the phone. I am used to being able to update a speed dial phone number on our own and sometimes I need to call a couple of times to get an item updated.

Great local company
The company is run by a great group of people why genuinely care about their customers and the experience they provide. Phone systems are a dime a dozen, great customer service is not. This is why the Intulse team is and will continue to be successful.
Pros
A phone system should be a simple and straight forward necessity. There isn't much to like or dislike about the software at this point The customer service and staff are top notch, and that is what makes the software continue to run as it should.
Cons
Besides the occasional need to reset the system or router, we haven't had any issues.

Excellent Service from the Start
From the salesperson being transparent and willing to explain everything, to the customer service team who goes above the standard level of service to ensure the system runs well, the entire team at Intulse has been professional, courteous and caring.
Pros
The ability to use our cell phones to make calls and have the organization's phone number show up on caller ID's, along with the flexibility of the other features
Cons
The third party apps are sometimes a little shaky in their operations

Intulse for Small Business
We have been using Intulse for VOIP for over 5 years and have been very pleased with the ease and service Intulse provides. Intulse is easy to use and customer service has been helpful when needed.

Great features but tough to fix small issues as they occur
0verall we are happy. allows the 4 office staff to collaborate nicely
Pros
Being able to have multiple lines being used is great. Call parking and transferring features are very nice too.
Cons
What makes this tough is all the glitches we have encountered so far. At most given times theres at least one small issue, such as a transfer switch not always functioning, short blackout on a line, call park not functioning.

We've been waiting for a system like this for a while
We've been really pleased with Intulse. I love that I can be on a call, ready to walk out the door, and transfer the call in seconds to my cell, never missing a beat. Additionally, when calling clients the "call from" number is our office number, not my personal cell.
Pros
For many years we have been wanting a system that will allow the features Intulse offers. We wanted a system that we could use our cell phones as well, and this does the job.
Cons
I really was looking forward to the recording feature, but that has had issues on the dashboard, though I can do it from my cell.

INTULSE REVIEW
Over all experience is positive but there are some small areas to improve on with the app and the ability to pick up other calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Pros
1. It helps us manage the high volume of calls from our office and others.
2. Price and over all features
Cons
1. The app loading feature is not always reliable.
2. It could take a while for the phone to reset to take another call.

Very good, easy to work with.
Pros
The integration with our CRM is really helpful. The phone use along with the online interfacing portal makes customer service a little easier. And I like that!
Cons
For some reason our voicemail notifications go directly to the deleted folder. Could someone reach out to me so we could find the solution to this? Changing the "rule" for Intulse does nothing

Still getting the bugs worked out
The onboarding experience was rough, frankly. Taking some time to work on a client's guide to onboarding would go a long way (to include best practices, what information is needed and descriptions on how to get it, how to use the fax, how to use the virtual desktop, info on browser add-ins for direct-dial). We had to initiate every request which really slowed down functionality and onboarding. It also didn't get us started on the right foot.
Pros
The ease of use and one-stop website is nice. The browser version's virtual desktop is fantastic, too, but ONLY when using on a computer. The functionality with our CRM (RedTail) is also helpful.
Cons
The Chrome and Desktop apps still have much a lot of work to be done. The app simply doesn't function and you often have to use it in tandem to a browser. I also really disliked that our fax line took a month longer to get setup than our voice lines. It would have been much smoother to set up at once.

Pros
I like the Redtail integration and the dashboard.
Cons
Phone system is unreliable. Sometimes I can't hear the other party or they can't hear me. Also sometimes I dial a number and it waits and waits and doesn't ring, so I hang up and dial again and it goes through.

Migration and dependability
Excellent. The onboarding support was excellent. We were able to use our Yealink T48 phones with a simple reprovisioning of the phones and were up within a few hours.
Pros
It works. The sip trunks stay up and are stable, with no jitter or one-sided calls.
Interfacing with Red Tail was a major plus.
Cons
None. We are happy. Users don't complain about the phone.

Simple to use and very affordable. Offers the ability to use a landline unit along with cell phone.
Cons
Each number is associated to one log in. As an admin I can not see the details of the main line which is used by the office admin. This makes things very difficult.

Phones good most of the time
it could use some improvements but it does the job

I like the online dashboard where you can see who is calling and check voicemails.
Cons
our phones often glitch so that we can't answer calls. Also, if the internet or power goes down we can't use the system

Good product; great price
One issue we are solving is connecting while away from the office. Before we had to call from our cell when away, making it look not as professional. Oh, and texting! I love that we can create a chat that we can all view. This was is a client needs assistance when the originator is away, we can all follow what is going on.
Pros
I like that we can use it from anywhere. Using the softphone is great when away from the office. I don't have to give out my personal cell to clients.
Cons
So far, all has been great. I don't really have a con at this time.
