A periscope to your product, great tool for visitor analytics

Browsee has been a game changer for our E learning product, it has allowed us to continuously improve our product quality using recorded session replays, you can do user segmentation, track product journeys and much more with this, highly recommended for product analytics

None so far, although the session player can be improved a bit

Restropective analytics for a startup on a budget

As a fast growing startup, we make a lot of decisions in an adhoc manner and go live. A lot of times this means no time for setting up analytics, and thus having no insights on google analytics etc. Browsee acts as a catch-all analytics tool for me, where in I can restropectively go and see what impact my changes made. 0 effort needs to be spent on analytics since it is automatically collecting all data required to make a heatmap, session and what-not.

Pros

Sampling of recordings as per my budget allows me to use this tool all over the month. I was using Fullstory earlier, but there my recordings always stopped in the middle of the month. Here I don't have to worry, because they will automatically sample as per my website session trend. They also don't count bounced sessions which is great.

Cons

The product is new, so it lacks polishing at some places. But, I have seen tremendous progress over the last 1 year, so I am bullish that this won't be a problem as such.

One stop solution for your behavioral analysis

Experience so far has been excellent. Especially the support received till now. A lot of new features too were provided on request.

Pros

Integration
- Integration is as easy as it can be. One needs to simply place a pixel on the website via GTM/Launch and start tracking.

Impactful features
- Session replays with time-saving features like playback speed, skip inactivity periods, view the more similar session, create segments from there, quick links to other data sets linked to the page.
- Attention maps: Browsee goes a step beyond by providing attention maps along with scroll maps which are helping us to re-arrange our page structure and increase user engagement & reduce bounces.
- JS errors: Many intermittent or client issues have been fixed by having an access to JS errors which are very easy to miss out during QA and also very hard to reproduce in dev environments.
- Rage and dead clicks to identify what is causing frustration amongst users which is helping us to reduce exits from important pages.

Browsee UX:
- Very easy to use and intuitive. Simple and almost no onboarding/training required.
- Relevant features on pages and extensive filters for filtering out segments.
- Third-party tool integration.

Cons

Very rarely the heat map may move a bit, but that is quite evident and do not create confusion.

Browsee make the analysis of of Audience Easy

Overall Experience is good, the support team is really friendly and listening to your requirement. And also fullfill the relevent requirement within few days. Support team is always reachable.

Pros

The Feature that we most liked was the tagging of the session based on frustration, U-turn, InputField Concussion, etc. This feature actually helps in identifying the problem user is facing while browsing a feature

Cons

I feel the feature of Integration with another report like GA, and internal database to give a complete perfomance of the product at a single point can be a very good feature for Browsee.

Best Tool!

Pros

You can track videos sessions recording as per your priority pages
Heatmaps and Scrollmap very easy to understand
customer support is excellent
Funnel view and lots of filter options can help you to find the right things

Cons

No cons in current features. Just want to add A/B Test and User Testing feature in this software

Great tool with user-friendlyness

Browsee help us see real life customer problems and each and every customer action can easily be understood and we can then work on solving those problems. The heatmaps tells you that where is customer's focus and where you can improve.

Pros

It's easy to use and user friendly. The heatmaps are the most impactful feature in my opinion.

Cons

Nothing as such. The software is quite user friendly and give much meaningful insights

Pros

The way in which Browsee categories different issues faced at the customer end and getting a comprehensive report for the various time frames helped us to fix JS and other loading-related issues on our site.

Cons

Segmentation such that we can exclude particular geography from the data set Browsee is recording.

Best tool for User journey analysis and UX improvement

Working on user journey analysis and getting the best result till. Also improved the site performance with the Browsee outputs. Hope to get the best tool in the list of User journey analysis in future.

Pros

Browsee's helpful in categorizing users action and filtering them up by it. Even without watching each click you can say which of the issues is more common among the users and can improve the things.
Also great in user personal information security prospective.

Cons

The dashboard and the user interface are designs can be improve a bit. It makes it very easy to integrate and see the data in various forms, as of the existing design, like heatmaps UX etc and expecting improvements in future.

Excellent and Insightful

When we launched our website, we didn't know how our users were really using our website. We were making a lot of assumptions. Once we installed Browsee, our eyes were opened and could make improvements that had instant effect on UX.

Pros

The insights that you get by viewing the interaction of the end user with your web application is second to none. It allows you to see where all the UI and UX pitfalls occur and in turn helps us improve our product.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like about Browsee.

Blind Without It

As a result of using Browsee, we have tweaked our website to make aspects of it better for our users. We have made more sales from seeing the pages that our customers had issues with.

Pros

The ability to see the actual friction point in real time is extremely valuable to our business.

Cons

Good Value

I'm using it to see what problems users have with current website and which parts of it need improvements.

Pros

The best feature so far is categorizing users action and filtering them up by it. Even without watching each click you can say which of the issues is more common among the users.

Cons

UX part and instructions need improvements. There are a lot of places where there're no clear descriptions and UI overall tend to look a bit bulky.

Great for novices to pros

It was really exciting to explore all the features and consider how it can lead to improving my site and how I gain new clients.

Pros

What I liked most was the ability to literally see how users interact with my site on a level that’s way beyond any analytics software I have used before. The ability to go super deep on metrics is endless and invaluable.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit steep if you want to use some of the more advanced functionality. Initial support from a rep would be very useful as I am tech savvy, but not everything was straight forward at first.

these are amazing features to have from one platform!

Cons

Integration Steps Sign up and place JS snippet on website pages.

I'd like to have something easier like graphical interface to add the integration.

Browsee finds very valuable insights and information

Overall, Browsee was super useful and very insightful in seeing just how people interact with our website

Pros

The dashboard and the user interface are both very intuitive and well designed. It makes it very easy to integrate and see the data in various forms, like heatmaps.

Cons

There could be more way for integration. I know its challenging, but releasing a WordPress plugins could help because integration can be hard for non-tech people.

A decent CRO tool

Easy to Setup, Use, and Affordable

Pros

Compard to other software I've had to setup it was much easier. Also very easy to navigate around the platform.

Cons

The UI isn't the prettiest but it gets the job done.

improve your conversions

Good product to identify why users abandon payment or shooing carts

Pros

It helps to analyse by giving the real engagement metrics. We are able to create feedback and funnels that triggers more conversions on our website

Cons

Not able to understand the logic why a user dropped out.
