The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable
Pros
easy layout and customizeable, friendly staff and they don't leave you hanging when asked a question the price doesn't break the bank and they are growing with technology they are constantly make improvement to their products.
Cons
They are in another country so the time frame is off but that is not a deal breaker because they have a chat bubble

My Customers LOVE FieldInsight
We were trying to get a handle of our maintenance contracts and deliver a professional service to our clients. FieldInsight has helped us do exactly that. Our customers LOVE FieldInsight. Our contracts are running smoothly and we are on top of everything.
Pros
Asset Management and Preventive Maintenance. FieldInsight makes it so easy to manage our contracts and assets. We know exactly where we are at and what is left to be done
Cons
The set up time and effort seemed immense but the staff were always there for us. Now that we are set up I can see exactly why we needed to be set up correctly and why it took the extra time.

The flexibility without the expense
Overall fieldinsight have always offered the ultimate flexibility and what I love with them is that they can develop and customise the system, I trialled many other systems, they were either limited in what i could change or way too expensive or too complicated.
Pros
The flexibility of the program - when we hit a roadblock fieldinsight team are great at offering a work around or adding as a new implement, offering customisation on a great monthly plan
Customer service is awesome

Cons
Only minor things, such as the consistency of where buttons are located or job search function for ongoing jobs/adding a job number to timesheets on mobile versions. Scheduler view is pretty easy and more versatile. Would love if the inventory system could be a bit more sophisticated with incoming and outgoing.

Field Insight from Scratch
Pros
The ability to customize everything to our industry.
Cons
Working with so many aspects of a business and trying to implement the system was slightly complicated because everything could be so customised.
The Xero integration not having two-way payment integrations was also a bit of a downer.

Our flexibility and customisations are a blessing as it allows us to cater to many workflows/industries; we have now implemented more structure to our implementation approach to ensure complexity is managed better.

FieldInsight is by far one of the best programs on the market
The after sales care is amazing & almost everything is customizable to our business.
If something hasn't been developed, they are willing to develop it if you need it.
Pros
The ease of job scheduling, job tracking & the ability to link multiple accounting program accounts is an essential part of why we chose FieldInsight over the other programs on the market.
They offer full comprehensive training & have a great chat service for troubleshooting.
Cons
The product inventory tracking is very basic & could be improved.

Top quality of customer service, and great features
I am enjoying the features that make my job easier and much more organised but need to know much more about all the features
Pros
Out standing Customer care any training, they are absolutely helpful to set you up , train you and your team to get you up and running.
Cons
There is 1 major negativity that is mobile app, they don’t have an actual app, it is an kind of app over browser with small text , and the other minor weekness is the theme of the desktop and the app is purple and cannot be changed.

Fully customisable system with fantastic support

We have been able to work in parts of our OH&S system into day to day operations as part of the system which is fantastic.
Cons
The scheduling requires some changes to better fit our business but is fine over all

Field Insight
We are saving so much time by using Field Insight. Previously our service reports would be handwritten by our technicians, then brought back to the office for me to then re-type out, and send out to customers. We are a small family run and owned business, and we have now gained our weekends back as we are not spending hours upon hours entering in jobs and invoice. Everything is now done on the spot when the job is completed. We are also getting paid quicker, which has improved our cash flow.
Pros
The features that are most impactful is that we are able to complete service reports and invoices at the time that the job is completed, rather than waiting and having to enter them when we get back to the office. This means that we are getting paid quicker, and not wasting precious time on administration work. The valuable technical support that we have received throughout the set up of the software has been incredible. It has integrated really well with our MYOB accounting software.
Cons
The initial set up process took quite a while before we were able to go live and start using the software. It took a little bit for us to get our head around the software, however once we did, and once it was integrated with our accounting software, everything has been a breeze.

I have watched this company grow and I can say they are constantly improving their software daily and keeping us up to date on their next launch which I think is great they respond quickly and don't leave you hanging like some software do
