Easy to learn and use. Helpful for tracking projects
Pros
Unlimited data storage for all projects. Easy to make change orders, which we do a lot of. It makes the process more efficient for sure
Cons
Don't really like the subscription model, but it is what it is. Still probably worth the cost
Response from TriBuild Systems
Thanks for the review - and we are certainly glad to hear that you are making full use of the Change Orders functionality - that and RFI management are our most popular features.
We are a subscription software like all modern software tools - the biggest benefit there is that it allows us to regularly release new improvements and features to keep making the product better.
In fact, we now do releases a couple of times a month - you can read about them here: http://bit.ly/TriBuildReleaseNotes

Covers Everything
No benefits over other programs to note as of yet.
Pros
Ease of use and finding what you require. Easy to keep track of paper trails.
Cons
Not widely used. Any time we send an RFI, purchase order, request for pricing it seems to go to their junk mail and our request get lost. We have to call to verify receipt of request.
Response from TriBuild Systems
Hi Blake - thanks for your comments.
We are glad you finding TriBuild helpful in keeping tracking of all your project documentation.
As for your undelivered emails, it doesn't appear as though you have your system setup to have email sent from your company email.
We have just reached out to your system admin about getting your email configured correctly - if they follow those instructions that will solve your email deliverability issues.
It's just a matter of setting up your SPF records for your company email so the receiver knows it was from you - here is our help article on getting that configured: http://bit.ly/2P8hcnt
Thanks again, and as always, our live chat inside TriBuild is there to help.

Fair at Best
Fair at best. Feel like we were a test subject for the software. At this point we are only using it for RFI's and Submittals for our project.
Pros
Price Point. Seemed like an up and coming product that was promising.
Cons
Functionality. I want ease of use and integration with out products like our Raken daily reports.

User review of radar management system
I am a project manager for commercial mechanical company that uses the Radar. I have found this system user friendly and tracking all my processes from project logs, submittals and RFIs thru change orders and job costing to be invaluable. I also have found the ability to access the system from where ever I am to be excellent (no more slow VPN issues to contend with).
Pros
Easy to learn and use. They're always improving the system with new features. Online support is available. I can create support tickets if I have an issue.
Cons
I'd like to see more integration with other products although I've been told they are working on that.

Project Management Software
I liked the software. We hope other people check it out before buying some of the other products on the market.
Pros
This software is clean and easy to operate. There are plenty of tools to get the job done. It will be implemented into our commercial construction department in the coming days.
