GoalSpan is a cloud-based performance and feedback management solution designed to handle workforce engagement. It allows organizations to automatically manage goals and capture feedback from employees.
The solution enables users to set individual goals in line with their organization's vision, strategies and objectives. It further allows managers to track the progress of their employees’ goals and identify where skills can be developed or recognition is required.
Real-time feedback enables users to post comments, share files and tag ideas in a centralized feedback platform. It facilitates group conversations, collaborative assessments and frequent check-ins. In addition, the solution can automatically schedule meetings and add reminders for users.

GoalSpan has great customer service and is very responsive. They are also very adaptable to our needs.
Cons
I don't have any issues with the software. We use GoalSpan for quarterly goal tracking, which we have recently implemented.

Pros
GoalSpan's customer support is top-notch. They are always available to assist, and their responsiveness is impressive. The real-me feedback has helped us foster a culture of connuous improvement.
Cons
While GoalSpan offers a great range of features, using all of the features could be a bit overwhelming for very small teams.

Overall good experience with once we became familiar with the software.
Pros
This is a great tool for Managers and Employees to stay on task for company and personal goals. I found the system to be very user friendly for the most part.
Cons
One of the things I didn't care for was setting up events. Another area I struggled with was deleting or making changes on goals.

I would like to see more customization options with the interface like with different graphs, but it's a minor concern
