Right Management Tool for Servers
Overall the software is at its best and heads in right direction in creation of managing of OS disks.
Pros
I have been using ManageEngine OS Deployer for last 6 months now and it made my life easier by helping in automation of disk imaging and deployement. And its best part is it provides us with possible security risks too.
Cons
Sometimes Images Creation takes more time which can be frustuating. They can also increase some more points and detailed instruction in their documentation.

ME OS Deployer is the fastest and best Deployment software I've ever used.
We were using Microsoft Tools to capture and deploy images and it was very slow to do both. We had to store multiple images and overall it just was a slow workflow. OS deployer reduced that workflow down to nothing and made it so simple to onboard new users and prep machines for them. Combining that with Endpoint Centrals ability to install software based on the user profile that logs in really sped up the whole thing.
Pros
It's fast. Really fast. It reduced our time to capture and deploy down to 1/4 of what it was previously. We have fewer images we store and overall just made the whole process easier. The fact that it's included as part of the Endpoint Central software we use just make it that much more convenient and useful.
Cons
Nothing that I can really think of. It may be different if it was used stand-alone (I doubt it).

Great with limitations
We have SCCM but as the only skilled user its a lot to manage and constantly keep up with when a random machine with a special config dies. OS Deployer has saved quite a bit of time because my staff can locate and capture a similar image and deploy within minutes and have most users functional befoer COB in these emergencies. At the time of purchase and this review, I will say the documentation is misleading indicating you can capture, shrink and apply an image from any disk type - this is incorrect. If you capture an MBR disk the conversion does not work and the target disk must be the exact same size or larger, despite shrink. Shrink is based on windows disk management and that in itself is problematic but if your end users manage storage and use network resources its manageable. Most of our machines are 256GB SSD and the older MBR systems are 500GB HDD so we've had to create a few new reference images to get over some of this hump. All in all it does the bulk of what it says and for the cost I recommend with the stated limitations in mind.
Pros
Fairly easy to use, quickly capture any machine image, no residual garbage programs, basic task sequencing for post deployment installs and scripts
Cons
Poor & misleading documentation, limitations based on windows/MS disk management capabilities, lots of manual work outside interface for many cleanup things

One-point management of servers and desktops
Pros
We use this to automate the disk imaging and deployment process to capture and store OS images so we can create different templates for our employees, very easy to use and much appreciated support that is aways ready to step in.
Cons
No remarks, all seems to be working smoothly and without any issues or bugs
