About Proxyclick

Proxyclick is a cloud-based visitor management solution suitable for small, midsize and large enterprises. Key features of Proxyclick include visitor registration, instant pictures, badge printing, instant notifications and reporting. Proxyclick enables users to manage visitors, build their brand image and ensure the security. Other features of the solution include QR support, badge customization, access control, visitor pre-registration, user permissions, data protection and safety checks. The kiosk application allows visitors to check in, print badges and send out notifications to the people they are visiting. Users can manage visitor lists, information and employee lists using the visitor dashboard feature. The solution offers integration with Microsoft OneDrive, Outlook Calendar, iCal, Microsoft Active Directory and Webhooks. Proxyclick is available on a monthly subscription basis. The solution also offers an iOS mobile app that can receive visitor notifications, connect with them, maintain emergency lists and initiate tickets. Support is available via phone, email and through an online knowledge base.

Proxyclick visitors experience

Even though we were in the market for a replacement system on our antiquated paper based system and looking for ways to save on the expenditure with Proxyclick we have gained a lot more, we gained a visitor experience. We have deployed 11 sites using iPad kiosks and we are now looking to increase it to cover multi Country deployment. I was very surprised that most visitors mentioned Proxyclick positively when they arrived.

Configured correctly it has given us greater benefits in a lot of areas, for example fire evacuation reporting, audit control, unified reception across all sites, multi entrance.

Pros

Design, ease of use, very helpful support staff and pricing

Cons

You can't take visitors pictures on the iPad

Sleek and professional.

Pros

Perfectly intuitive ,I love the feel and aesthetic of this application. It gives my organization a professional look and presents us to new visitors as a very organized firm.
Since switching to Proxyclick this year ,we have been able to better manage and record visitor visits easily. Proxyclick has also reduced the workload on the receptionist,as she no longer needs to run around with a visitor registration book ,and we have received great feedback from visitors to our office.

Cons

Proxyclick is only available on the Ipad and Iphone as of the moment. I am not an IOS fan and cannot wait to use this on Android Smartphone/

Termination proxyclick for Sanofi 09/2023

No response to any email addresses regarding the cancellation! No contact was made or confirmation of cancellation!

Cons

Proxyclick was terminated as of September 2023. To date there has been no response to this termination!

Easy to use and setup, yet has some powerful workflows

Pros

Proxyclick is very easy to use for the visitor, the receptionist, the host and administrator. The workflow is very powerful. The ability to track and report on visits and host is really useful. The visitor photo is great for letting the host know what their visitor looks like, making it a warmer, welcoming experience. The help available on the website is really good.

Cons

An increase in the number of custom fields/questions would be very helpful. More space for workflow objects would be good too.

excellent application

I have been allowed to get a better control of the people who enter the company, the system allows a quick search of any person who enters the company as well as control the permanence within the facilities.

Pros

For my security work every day many people enter the company this application has helped me a lot in maintaining control in my department, requesting information from people when entering the company and entering them into the system and using the notebook to control the people were left behind!

Cons

The only disadvantage is that you must have internet to use it from the rest. It is a good tool for control in my work. It works excellent for me.
