If You're Looking For A Job, This App Is a MUST-HAVE!

Overall, I really enjoy using ZipRecruiter. I use it several times a week to stay on top of what's available on the job market. The "1-Tap Apply" button is an awesome feature which makes the application process super easy! I found my last job using ZipRecruiter and I continue to use it and recommend it to others.

Pros

I love that ZipRecruiter lets me narrow down my search via zip code. I am able to find jobs in my immediate area to avoid long commutes, and that's a big deal for me!

Cons

I sometimes get emailed alerts about jobs I am not interested in. It's ok. Software is not perfect.

Overall good app to use for job postings!

Overall, my experience was really good. As long as you do your research when applying for positions, you do have a lot of opportunities to apply and get a job!!

Pros

I liked the base amount of job postings it had available for potential candidates.

Cons

I noticed some of the job postings, mainly work from home, weren’t legitimate which is disappointing because it takes away from the overall reliability of the site.

Ziprecruiter makes it simple to screen applicants and select the most qualified ones.

Since 2018, I have posted job openings on the Ziprecruiter website, and we are quite pleased with the quality of applicants we have discovered. With Ziprecruiter, the hiring procedure was quite easy. This platform makes it simple to classify the prospects for a more thorough assessment and decision-making process, and it allows you to arrange and conduct interviews. Set assessment test.

Pros

You can go through the recruitment process on this platform. It is user-friendly.

Cons

Sometimes candidates are not online for a quick response.

Average recruitment tool.

Used it to recruit CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and office staff.

Pros

Lots of resumes to choose from so there's a good variety of potential candidates.

Cons

Hard to wade through the applications and sometimes they are from way outside the geo target.

Zip recruiter app review

My overall experience regarding zip recruiter is fantastic and it helps me and many of my friends to find employees and employers as well

Pros

It's a very good option available for recruiting and when I started my long search for employment. I wanted to apply to as many positions I could that were within my area of interest in order to receive as many interviews as I could. During this process I discovered Ziprecruiter.

Ziprecruiter made it fast and easy to apply to multiple positions within minutes. I applied to a couple of positions on the site and heard from a few of the employers. Whenever an employer contacted me to set up a phone screening or in person interview, I made an effort to read reviews of the company on sites like glassdoor and others that would come up when I googled “Company X reviews” before accepting the interview.
I definitely do not think all companies that post jobs on Ziprecruiter have positive reviews and are for those types of positions, and I think there is a great number of companies on their that do.

It’s a “resume scan and match” site. It really benefits employersas well as job candidates. You can“get hired through ZipRecruiter”.

What happens is an employer posts a job posting through ZipRecruiter; ZipRecruiter acts as an intermediary, and posts the job posting to a lot of job sites.
ZipRecruiter is best app for hiring?
Zip Recruiter is good for posting positions,

Cons

"Less Reach for Certain Job Types
ZipRecruiter makes sense if you’re hiring for hourly positions or early career roles, but it doesn’t have the same reach for certain professional roles or higher-level professions.
