Simple, quick and reliable Communication Tool
Klaxon has made communication during any incident type simple, quick and reliable. The team at Klaxon, during the COVID 19 pandemic performed very well under challenging circumstances resulting in the successful deployment of the platform across the company by the original pre-COVID timescales.
Pros
The ease of setup and impact on incident reporting across the company. Main dashboard has provided the end user with a reference point of all incidents across the company. This has been particularly useful for roadside reporting.
The ability to add workaround detail / instruction to incidents and communicate this quickly has vastly improved user experience during incidents.
Multiple communication channels with app based messaging, integration with Teams, SMS and email.
Cons
Service Now integration was not an offering at the time of purchase however this is being developed in collaboration with our requirements.

Great tool!
Overall experience has been very positive indeed.
Pros
Easy to use. Very stable and reliable. Support is great. When you're working with the support team, you feel you are working as one. Feedback is greatly received and appreciated and changes required were implemented.
The tool has taken away all most of the manual intervention and moved us away from sending emails. We use Klaxon for Major Incidents and Planned Maintenance and Klaxon does what is says on the tin.
Klaxon is easy to tailor to your process.
We would never consider moving back to the old process.
Klaxon is easy to use, for administrators and user's of the system.
Cons
There were too many fields at the beginning and we streamlined them, so it was easier to use.
