Good app, excellent service
Pros
I found chat bot application easy to use. In addition, they have helped not only with application - also shared their experience and gave some tips on copywriting, making bot user-friendly to our clients, etc.
Cons
It had some minor flaws and bugs – but hey, which application doesn’t? Most importantly Amio team were always there to provide a quick fix.

An amazing AI solution to increase customer satisfaction
Overall, what you should expect from Amio is a young motivated team, ready help you in the process of setting up their products.
Pros
Amio provides a tool that connects AI to your day-to-day communication channels with the customer. For the moment we are implementing solutions for e-mails through the Mailbot and for chats, we have the Chatbot. These operate rather successfully in most of the countries we deliver our products to, guaranteeing the customer with up to date information on order status, return and refund situation.
Cons
For the time being chatGPT4 Turbo is somewhat of a dislike from my part, but I will try to define the promt even better, so that the generated answers are more specific, and in-tune to the customer requests.

I like that the software is easy to use and their team is always ready to help. It benefits us by reducing the workload on the customer service requests and collecting leads that we can convert to customers later on.

Efficient for chat and email automation
Amio is a newer partner for us and to date we have to praise the overall cooperation on all points and express our satisfaction.
Pros
We use Amio mainly for mailbot, chatbot with gpt chat extension. I find Amio clear, easy to understand and easy to use as a user.
Our first steps with Amio were aimed at using the mailbot to reduce the most frequent repeat queries from our customers, and we are gradually succeeding in doing this across the countries where we implement the mailbot.
We are currently using the same logic with the chatbot where we will gradually want to move to GPT chat.
Cons
In my experience, especially with the actual work of setting up specific templates for the mailbot, I would welcome automatic cloning of the templates in question.
