Great way to maximize revenue

I recommend this specific chatbot for any client looking to maximize their revenue, and have started using it on one of our sister companies: An eCommerce store selling sporting goods. Ochatbot has helped me understand how easily customers can get confused, and how to make even the site navigation more effective.

Pros

No coding means a quick implementation for clients. Helps lost users, more friendly than site search, increases revenue by increasing conversion, decreases bounce rate, is mobile friendly, company implements suggestions quickly. Separate from Facebook Messenger.

Cons

I have a client that wanted live chat features. That isn't a con now though, as they added that feature request quickly for us.

The Future of Search

Pros

Trends are showing lower time on-site across the web. Customers want to access their info instantly with minimal search. Ochatbot helps us and our clients connect with customers on their terms. It's fully customizable to our business.

Cons

At this time they do not have live chat but I read Ometrics is launching it in March 2020.

Positive experience, Ochatbot integrated into an ecommerce application.

Pros

Ochatbot's artificial intelligence gives the impression of talking to a real person, accurate and responsive communication.

Cons

The webpage design could be better and the price maybe is too high compared to other competitors.

Easy To Set Up AI Chatbot

Very easy to implement. We had a stagnation of incoming leads with our previous bot. This helped us retain our users at a much higher rate.
