Scheduling software that fit our use case, but not like a glove.
We have used EZnet Scheduler for several years now with satisfactory results. Everyone on staff has asked for an app for their phone though. Unsure why this hasn't been created yet.
Pros
This software was easily adaptable to our type of business and allowed the flexibility to change parameters to meet our specific resource types. It was relatively easy to customize and we were able to get started fairly quickly. Sends Text and/or email notifications to both the technician, and if needed, the customer.
Cons
No mobile app. You navigate to the site via a mobile browser and it is difficult to see and manipulate the various appointments created. If you have the credentials to change the schedule, you can accidentally move the appointments around without any confirmation request.

BEST SCHEDULING SOFTWARE ON THE MARKET!!!
EZNet always works. Their customer service is out of this world. Their scheduler is massively robust. You can make it do anything you can think up. I have been with them for over 11 years and I have never had a bad experience. I wish every software provider could measure up to their standards.
Pros
EZnet Scheduler is the easiest vendor I have ever worked with.
Cons
Not a thing. I love the software and their customer service!

Good but lacking important features
Pros
I like that it’s fairly easy to use and easy to navigate.
Cons
I wish there it wouldn’t tell you WHO scheduled an appointment as well as a time stamp with the date and time that user scheduled the appointment.
It also is not very mobile friendly

Thank you Jordanna for your review. To view who created an appointment, select "Appointment Report" from Reports menu. Click "Run report" button. Then, you'll see who created the appointment and the creation date as well as modification information to the appointment. You are able to select which fields to display on this report in the "Display basic fields" drop-down menu from "Display Options" section in the middle of the window.

Pros
Simple to learn and set up. Not overly pricey. We won’t from a Manuel scheduling board to this and it was a seem less transition.
Cons
The only thing that it is missing is the ability to scan in a previous work order to be able to reference the last job while scheduling a customer.

We are in the process of rolling out some new features including Enhanced Text Messaging where customer's responses are integrated directly into the calendar updating the appointment status in real time. We're also introducing a Kanban feature called IntelliVu digital job board, a Kanban view that allows you to track the appointment status to improve workflow.
Right now you can add a photo or document through Company Accounts, Manage Customer Records. Find the specific customer, click the wrench. Click the Photos/Documents tab. Then select Browse, find the desired file, select Upload.Then, click save.
We are also in the process of introducing a new interface and in that release, we will be adding additional capabilities with adding photos/documents.

User friendly and effective scheduler
We use it for getting a birds eye view of all of our locations and each nights classes. It allows a Snapshot so we can see open times at the studio and differentiate between recurring in-house classes and outside rental bookings.
Pros
It’s easy to color code and customize your classes or bookings. It allows recurring appointments as well as alerts you when there’s a double booking. Easy to use and super effective.
Cons
I wish I could easily print the days bookings just like it looked on my screen. I also wish LOGIN was directly on the home screen and that as soon as you logged in on the mobile device that it loaded the FULL calendar view.

EZnet Scheduler Invaluable
EZnet Scheduler is invaluable to our practice. It servers as our clients scheduler both in-house and online. It is also a work flow management. This is the one piece of software that our company could not function without.
Pros
Easy to use, great visual presentation of the schedule
Cons
Can not select specific services independent of each practitioner for the external calendar.

Useful for appointment scheduling
Pros
Multiple users could interface within the appointment scheduling feature thus allowing us to manage the appointments without double booking.
Cons
It would be useful to be able to customize the start and finish time for various appointments as opposed to setting up the same time blocks each week.

You can in an individual appointment simply by editing the time right in the appointment. The second way is to drag or push up the bottom of the appointment cell with your mouse in the calendar view. The third way is to set up the same type of appointment for a different duration and when booking an appointment, select the appointment type (duration) needed.

In my opinion…
It’s been good. Does what I need it too do.
Pros
I love that it shows all information I need for each Client including the notes section.
Cons
I don’t like that this isn’t an App. Sometimes I think it’d be easier if it were. I access my Schedule from my phone a lot and it’s not always convenient.

Good Scheduler
I liked it and maybe we'll consider using it again next tax season.
Pros
I liked the ease at which we could see appointments and input information about each client we scheduled. I also liked that clients were able to get notification and confirmations from us.
Cons
I don't know if this is a software issue or if it was a setting that the parent organization had implemented, but we weren't able to change appointment times or length when we did use it. We also could not customize the notification emails, again likely because it was up the parent organization to make it one-size-fits-all.

Ease of EZnet
Pros
EZnet Scheduler is a fantastic tool. It keeps all my appointments with needed contact data in one area. I love the ability to text or email patients from the Scheduler it cuts out one step in my day.
Cons
I don't like the ability to do a series of appointments. If the product changes you have to change it each appointment. It should have the ability to carry over the product change.

Easy to use, great customer service
Being able to reschedule by email with customers. The price is very good for number of reminder we need to send out per customer.
Pros
The software is simple to use. I like the email response option for customers to cancel or rescheduled appointment if needed. That feature really cuts down the time when needing to reschedule that appointment and simple to complete by email. It is easy to take a provider off the schedule when needed with minimal time doing so. It is very easy to adjust the schedule as needed as well.
Cons
I wish the text reminders would send out the first name for appts or initial of first name with last name. We have several children in one family and they usually have to call and see which child is to be seen. That would be my only feedback on how to improve features.

EZnet use in a high volume Veterinary Clinic
The layout of EZnet is very easy to identify the appointment type and status. It is easy to train new staff on and they feel comfortable using it very quickly.
Pros

-Reoccurring appointment types/times
-Running reports to find a scheduled appointment
-Preview of appointment type and notes when holding cursor over appointment
Cons
-Has a lot of errors
-Appointments do not always save
-Notes for appointments do not always save
-Crashes in the middle of scheduling and erases all info for the appointment being scheduled

Multi-user friendly!
We have had a very positive experience with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his crew. We would recommend using this scheduler!
Pros
This software is multi-user friendly. Since we have at least three people making appointments at a time, the real time updates are essential.
Cons
My only wish is that multiple emails can be used to send appointment confirmations. Many of our clients ask for that.

Good for coordinating our estimators
Pros
I can look at a daily or a weekly view to see where our estimators are going and eliminate or greatly reduce backtracking out in the field. This saves us time and fuel.
Cons
I would like to see an auto-save feature. If I forget to manually save, I can lose an appointment.

Chiropractic scheduler
Every now and then a patient doesn't get their reminder, but otherwise it saves many missed appointments per day.
Pros
Patients love getting the text and/or email reminders, some patients rely on this feature. I like being able to check my schedule from any computer.
Cons
I feel a iPhone app would be very useful.

I tested and compared eighteen different online schedulers. EZnet Scheduler was the right...
Pros
Ability to support a multiplicity of stations, ability for people to use it WITHOUT an account, ability to flag fields that are required/not required, map associated with each station, ability to embed HTML in another web site, pricing.
Cons
Requirement that time slots across stations share 'starting point' with office hours - makes it complicated when scheduling station using different task durations at different start times. Customer support not always responsive to support requests (sometimes get addressed right away, other times they seem ignored, so I just ask again until it 'takes'.)

We use the software in our service business and are very pleased with it.
It has helped us meet the scheduling needs of our renewals department.
Pros
Ease of use and support makes this product a great product for the money. Being able to schedule a service quickly is very important.
Cons
Lacks some reports we would like to have. Other than this, we feel the reporting to be sufficient for the product. We use it daily and that is all that we feel needs any improvement.
