Overall I was very satisfied with what this software offers.
Pros
Everything that this ERP software offers is a game-changers for whatever industry you are in. I like that you can pick and choose the modules you would need for your ERP. Basically you pay for exactly what you need. Nothing more, unlike other software that offers you the full package with no pricing differences.
Cons
Even though this software is flawless, some modules have room for minimal improvements.

Valtek precision
I wish this product was available long time ago. I’ve been in manufacturing business for 25 years and this software allows you to run a very efficient business leaving you with more time to concentrate on other projects. A++++++++ all the way around.

ShopXpert review
Overall, my experience with ShopXpert has been consistent and comfortable to use. All of the features help keep the jobs organized, traceable, and categorized. It's really great for traceability and visibility but I believe notifications will make the app a lot better.
Pros
All information is easy to access. The "Logs" tab. This feature helps with traceability/visibility by showing which rep made the change, date and time it was changed, and the differences in detail. The "Documents" tab is another feature that I like. Documents are categorized in their designated job. This makes it easy to organize and pull any documents we may need.
Cons
There's no sound/banner notifications when receiving a message or a new task. When I am using the task feature it makes it difficult to know when someone has posted a new task. I need to check back every hour to make sure I didn't miss a new job or message.
