Great for finding targeted leads
Good - easy to get up and running with it - I was pulling leads out within 15 minutes.
Pros
Able to search for leads and filter down by lots of different categories, usual ones like company, location, seniority, but also technologies used, and very granular.
Very easy to use.
Cons
The "unlimited emails" are actually 2000 per month on the plan I'm on.

Amazing contact-finding tool
Lusha has given me the tools I've been looking for for a fair and reasonable price. The free account gives me an amount of credit to be used, but whenever needed, I can simply buy more credits.
Pros
The Google Chrome extension works well and gives me the information I need. In addition to a resourceful business database, the website is complete with a great range of information displayed in a simple and easily readable layout.
Cons
Last month I faced a little misinformation in Lusha. While looking for the contact details from LinkedIn, I noticed that the telephone number on the website was different from that on the extension. After contacting the support, they've told me that sometimes this kind of problem happens because their database is poorly integrated.

Not great, it is one of the biggest dissapointments

Not many users in the database. Constantly disconnecting and loging out. Very annoying to login every time you need to use it.

Cost Effective
Pros
Lusha is a straight forward solution that offers value for money. Compared to expensive competitors it does a fairly good job. Some of the data could be better however it is grate product for speeding up the time taken to find information and generate leads.

Easy-to-use data enrichment platform with flexible pricing
Overall, the platform is easy to use and has a lot of cool features. I would say the data enrichment piece seems to be at least 75% accurate if not more. I do wish that on our plan I am able to upload a CSV of names and companies and have it automatically enrich all of that data instead of having to go one-by-one.

Lusha is an easy-to-use lead generating and data enrichment platform. It's a great tool for me as a marketer who doesn't have a sales team and works for a small company trying to get a sales motion in place.
Cons
I don't like that the credits are use-it-or-lose-it. As a small company in a tough economy, our budgets are constantly fluctuating. I paid for a certain amount of credits but due to competing priorities, could not keep up with using them. Then, we had to downgrade our subscription based on cost cutting. Since I already paid for the credits, I feel like I should have been able to use them whenever I wanted even after downgrading (and then just not get more new ones).

Lusha has indeed helped my company In gathering data, massive data, and relevant data, Lusha can be integrated with LinkedIn which is one of the features I love the most as this helps us see the profile of the targeted prospect and better position our approach to them
Pros
Lusha helps us gather relevant data, which assists us in reaching out to prospects and converting them to Clients, I also like its Integration with LinkedIn that in itself is a plus because every profile you click on, just brings out the data of that person if available.
Cons
Well out of 50 data gathered 2 or maybe 4 out of the emails or phone numbers could be the wrong person but that's all cons about them, it's usually minimal compared to other competitions, I can say I recommend Lusha.

Good tool for fetching bulk email addresses in Lead generation
I used Lusha for fetching email Ids in bulk which can be very helpful ahead also in my campaigns
Pros
Lusha fetches email addresses in bulk at a one go with their export option as CSV which makes the work more easy.
Cons
They don't give that trustable emails which I can simply import to my email campaigns. I ran their emails through verification tool and there were lot of risky and undeliverable emails.

Be careful!!
Lusha changed their pricing and offering. Didn’t alert existing customers to the changes. When I asked they said it was my responsibility to check and decide on what deal I wanted. I was paying three times the current deal for a quarter of the access (I had been loyal for too long. Who should choose to do that? Unconscionable and tardy business practices. Stay away. Plenary of alternatives out there.

Was reasonably accurate for the information they could provide.
Cons
Shoddy customer service. Sneaky practices around ensuring customer got the right deal. The credit you accrue aren’t actually yours. They disappear when you step away from the service. So you don’t get to use them even though you already paid for them.

The best data extraction tool to reach out to Target Audience
We find as a useful tool to build our "owned" audience and databases who we can reach out to through various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Pros
We use it for data extraction through LinkedIn so that we can generate more qualified leads and get better ROI on our Marketing Campaigns.
Cons
There're many key contacts whose email ids are either not available through Lusha or they're not their official email IDs. Thus the authenticity sometimes suffers due to that and also causes a delayed response.

Easy linkedin tool for contact info
for a rep who does minimal prospecting for NEW contacts, its a great free tool to have. If I did not work with mostly existing relationships then I would totally pay for the full tool

I love Lusha. It's made my life so much easier-especially at the office. For the last year, I have been using Lusha to check my emails, write reports, and search for information for presentations. The app is intuitive and easy to use while offering a high level of customization.

The permissions that the extension asks for make me unconfortable - and my cybersecurity team did not allow me to use it, so on my corporate computer I am only allowed to use the Prospecting Dashboard

Good and easy too to enable easier prospecting
Overwhelmingly positive. Has helped me and my colleagues increase prospect engagement. The tool has become indispensable.
Pros
Lusha is very easy to use. The database of contacts is very comprehensive. Navigating the dashboard and prospecting tools are very easy to use. The web browser plug in is very handy, especially when navigating a companies website.
Cons
It should be easier to report if details are incorrect. The thumbs up and down feature feel useless. Some older details, that are no longer relevant or do not work are never removed.

Lusha - a nice tool that is a work-in-progress
Overall a pretty good product that saves time, but there are couple of issues that need to be resolved, such as being charged for contact details that bounce (emails) or not connect/someone else's (mobile phone).
Pros
The ability to pull contact details for LinkedIn members can save hours a week on searching manually.
Cons
The success rate of accurate email or phone numbers is about 60%. You are charged a credit even though you report the incorrect state of the contact details presented.
It also keeps displaying an upgrade option (that needs to be repeatedly minimised), although we already subscribe to that option.

One of the best Enrichment tool which can be used by any industry
Pros
Lusha is one of the best tool available in the market which helps any Database enrichment team work more easy. We have been using multiple tools and Lusha provides the best results. Using Lusha and Hubspot helps easy export of data into the CRM.
Cons
As not all enrichment platforms are accurate, it happens with Lusha as well for atleast 8-10% of Inaccurate emails/contact details are provided.

Lusha is the basic necessity for SDR prospecting
I need it so I use it.
Could be better, but overall it does what it supposed to do
Pros
Integration into LinkedIn is very easy and comfortable to use.
Most of the time I get some information on a potential prospect.
And most of the time it is pretty accurate
Cons
Integration into CRM system is not applicable.
No automatic import into company's CRM.
Part of the time the information is not correct and there is no validation tool
