The future of Recruitment ATS and CRMs is here and it is RecruitCRM
Very good so far and much better than competitors.
Pros
Excellent Recruitment Platform which is constantly updated and improved. Always with the recruiter in mind, no hidden costs or extra plugins that need to be paid for. Robust support for Zapier which means you can build these amazing workflows. They also have a team that can help you develop custom workflows too, normally this would cost a lot of money getting developers involved. Very fast support and friendly people.
Cons
Some small quality of life improvements are in the pipeline which will improve the platform when they are live. We are a visual industry so better support of landscape format resumes and portfolios would be useful.

First time user feedback
generally like it, but I noticed the more we use it the messier it gets. need to standardize the steps so that when you look at it from dashboard view its consistent.
Pros
Kanban view is the most useful for me so I can figure out where people are at and what I need to do.
Cons
when you look at the dashboard kanban view sometimes it shows you fields you cannot drag to because it's only available for certain roles.

Don't believe [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], it's all a scam
The system looked great to begin with, the sales process was easy and there was lots of communication. They got way too greedy and have ruined a potentially awesome ATS/CRM by chasing quick bucks and not delivering what is promised.
Pros
It looked like it could do everything, but it can't, and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] will gaslight you when you hold him to his word
Cons
I started speaking with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], as part of my process to find a new ATS and CRM 3 months ago. He promised that RecruitCRM would be able to integrate with my usual job board API's to multi-post jobs and accept candidates, eliminating the need for BroadBean or another multi-poster.
This functionality wasn't a feature when we started speaking, but I was promised numerous times that it would be available soon and delayed the implementation until this function was up and running.
I spoke to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] today, and he told me that to multipost jobs from within RecruitCRM, I would have now have to buy credits from his supplier. This wasn't part of the original conversations, but he denies that vehemently, meaning that one us is lying. And I'm pretty sure it's not me...
Response from Workforce Cloud Tech
We're extremely sorry that your interaction with us while exploring new ATS systems left you with such a negative view.
As a team, we work hard to make our customers happy & successful. All our 5-star reviews here attest to this endeavor.
Recruit CRM is primarily an ATS+CRM and thus does not specialize in Commercial Job Distribution apart from the handful of free job boards we let our users auto-post jobs to.
To help our customers, We have partnered with a Job Distribution company from The Netherlands that lets you buy premium ads on over 2000+ Job Boards & media channels across the world.
Unfortunately, because the partner distributes the jobs, they do not let you bypass them and buy credits directly from multiple Job Boards while using their technology to publish jobs.
We're extremely sorry if this was not clear during your demo of Recruit CRM. This was how this feature was always planned since we have no way to directly partner with 2000 Independent Job boards :(

great experience
Overall, I’m really impressed with this CRM. It’s specifically designed for recruiters and agencies, which makes it incredibly user-friendly for our needs
Pros
I’m a big fan of this CRM because it’s tailored specifically for recruiters and agencies, making it incredibly user-friendly for our needs. One of the standout features is the ability to create and manage pipelines, which allows you to track candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. You can quickly change the status of candidates as they move through different stages, keeping everything organized and up-to-date. Additionally, when you open job listings, there are a lot of customization options available, so you can adjust everything to fit the specific requirements of each role. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that simplifies and enhances the entire recruiting process.
Cons
There are a few features in the system that we don’t use, but that’s to be expected since every company has its own specific needs. What works for one might not be necessary for another. Every now and then, we do encounter some minor bugs, but it’s not a major issue because their customer service is always quick to respond and very helpful in getting things sorted out. They’re really committed to making sure everything runs smoothly, which makes a big difference in our overall experience with the platform.

"Feature-Rich Tool with Excellent Support, Though Customization Can Be Challenging"
It's been interesting to use RCRM and have our team and processes level up with it. Support is always great so we feel confident whenever we encounter issues. There are still a few new features we would like to see in the future and existing ones we would like to be able to use more but overall great experience.
Pros
It has a lot of features, automations, and sections that can be customized to fit our needs + the support is always on point and super helpful. They also always strive to apply new features based on our recommendations/needs.
Cons
- The level of customization via API is not very straightforward due to several deficiencies.
- The interface can be somewhat uncomfortable to use.

Great cost-benefit CRM/ATS that’s always looking to improve!
I’m very happy with Recruit CRM and confident that the system will continue to improve. Excellent cost-benefit.
Pros
Customizable and user-friendly, with 24/7 IT support that’s always eager to improve.
Cons
I would like the option to include interview or meeting notes directly within each event, as well as dropdown menus that filter options based on previous selections. For example, if I select 'Finance' in one field while speaking to a candidate, the next dropdown should display only finance-related roles rather than roles from all disciplines

Excellent Platform
Overall, not only is the platform just wonderful to use and highly customizable, but the customer support has been probably the best I've experienced before. In addition to my customer success rep, I also have a technical support guy who set up my API integrations on the backend so that when I add candidates via the extension, they are automatically enriched with contact info from my SalesQL account. I don't even have to touch my SalesQL extension, the enrichment happens automatically on the backend. And I didn't have to pay extra to get that kind of support either!
Pros
The ability to set up and account and start configuring it to my specific needs on day 1 was huge for me. I tend to not like having to schedule and sit through a live demo prior to getting to start playing around with the platform. I like it when they are intuitive and when the product can speak for itself.
Cons
Sometimes the search functionality hasn't been as accurate as I would like. The nice thing though is that when I mentioned this to my customer success rep, it was already on the docket. That was about a month ago and she told me they are currently working on that functionality on the backend and will let me know when the updates have been deployed.

Great team, great product
Pros
The customer support at RecruitCRM is second to none. They are so quick with getting back to you if you need help and [sensitive content hidden] was always available to schedule a call with us when needed. I also love their Roadmap - they really take feature requests into consideration and love getting your feedback.
Cons
Probably the inability to customize certain aspects of the CRM.

RCRM - An Excellent Choice of software for our Company
Excellent support from day one, migration was smooth, but any difficulties that arose were dealt with in a fast and an efficient manner, with loads of technical backup provided when needed.
Our Account Manager from day one, who got to know our business acts in a very supportive way to ensure we are getting what we want and the most out of the system and providing solutions/functionality to all queries.
Overall the support has been excellent from the Account Manager and the overall RCRM Team. The Chatbot Help facility has been used a lot by individuals and all with positive feedback on this help facility, which had a very quick response, no matter what time of the day. The online videos and help videos provided are excellent.
We are very pleased with the system to date.
Pros
Excellent support from Recruit CRM throughout migration, right through to rolling out RCRM company wide. Technical advice was excellent and using customized fields to assist us and give us more visibility on all the data that was imported from our older CRM system. Dedicated Account Manager which is very beneficial.
Setting up roles and teams in RCRM to facilitate the levels required in our Company. Responses to all requests have been dealt with very fast and continuous updates provided if requests have gone to the Product & Development team.
The feedback from the overall team is very positive as they all get used to RCRM and functionality of this new system.
Cons
As we are new to Recruit CRM, nothing springs to mind at present, as we have all the functionality that we require and operate our Recruitment and CRM Software.
Only thing missing, no map available for radius searching.

Honest Point of View
Pros
A friendly user interface prioritizes the user's needs and aims to make their experience enjoyable and efficient. A clear and intuitive interface improves user satisfaction and reduces the learning curve. It utilizes familiar design patterns, icons, and labeling to guide users through tasks and maintain consistency. Additionally, a friendly user interface offers visual cues such as contrasting colors, well-organized layouts, and appropriate typography to enhance readability. Furthermore, it provides helpful feedback, such as progress indicators, error messages, and tooltips, to assist users in their interactions and also de AI assist on the comments.
Cons
The reporting needs to improve due to the fact when you pull a report and you have it set a certain fields. it still bring all the fields back even the ones that were not selected.

BJ's Temp Service
Very positive, we feel that they are always close to us.
I hope that our integration with the payroll system can bear fruit and that you can use it, I think it will be magnificent!
Pros
RCRM is a complete solution for the recruitment and tracking system of employees and applicants.
It has grown while my company has had more needs and has been responding to each of our needs.
We feel a partnership with RCRM.
Cons
We really miss the possibility of also having an integrated payment system in RCRM.
We are investing our resources in integrating it with a third party that we use to manage Payrolls.
It is tremendously important that both systems are integrated for reporting, etc.
As our company has grown, the system has become more expensive so that it is no longer an economical solution for our needs.

RecruitCRM is a great platform
Pros
Very robust functionality, great support during onboarding and configuration, multi-language User Interface (we have non-US team members that really like being able to work in their native language)
Cons

Recruit CRM Review - Latin america
Amazing, The fact of how simple it is to use it, also the presentation and colors, you really don't need to be an expert to be able to navigate it, which is how every system should be, friendly
Pros
The fact of how simple it is to use it, also the presentation and colors, you really don't need to be an expert to be able to navigate it, which is how every system should be, friendly
Cons
There is only one little bug, the green light that each candidate has to be seen by the client goes on when you click parse and assign, that should be correct it, it also happens with other buttons, the greenlight should turn on ONLY when you click on it, should not get turned on when clocking other things

Review of Recruit CRM
Pros
I like how easy it is to use. I was able to learn this system pretty easily. As a recruiter, this is huge as there was no delay in my day to day operations while integrating this system.
Cons
There are certain little things that are a pain. This is mostly with having to add the state to the location on jobs or having to manually add a contact to jobs as well.

Really enjoying Recruit CRM!
Pros
Customer service is fantastic! I have never waited in a cue or not have my question answered in a timely manner. I really like when the team sends me videos so I have those as a reference.
Cons
With any tool you can always think of ways to improve but so far the road map is in line with improvements we have wanted to see.
