Useful application
Sage has been a very useful application that has increased efficiency and productivity. The application is very efficient and the customer support team is very responsive and helpful. Moreover, the application continues to evolve and upgrade so that users can have the best possible experience with this software, and they can execute their tasks more efficiently.
Pros
The application is user friendly and very useful. If any issues are experienced with Sage, the customer support team is very responsive and helpful. Consequently, business operations will not be negatively affected for a long period of time since customer support is fast and reliable. Moreover, with this application, knowledge management is good since you can quickly search for the information that you need on one system.
Cons
Sage may be a bit difficult to navigate if users are not familiar with the software. Therefore, training may be needed, which can be time-consuming.

Drives efficiency and empowers our teams
Overall experience has been great. Being an early adopter of the program, it has been good to see the amount of resource and investment into continually iterating and improving on the product. The support on standing up a broker instance is phenominal, particularly now moving to multi-jurisdiction teams.
Pros
Adding Sage to our broker facing tech stack gives our teams an added advantage of being agile in responding to our customers. Whether a seasoned broker or someone new to our industry, Sage brings value to our teams which in turn provides value to our customers.
Cons
We wanted to implement Sage across multiple teams over many jursidictions and had hoped we could replace other internal sites. With the latest innovation by ProNavigator, Sage will be the single source of truth not only for insurance product knowledge but to keep our team up to date on correspondence from all our carrier partners. One stop login to a site that will literally be the "go to" for information throughout the work day.

ProNavigator/Sage
They are continually improving this product for the good of everyone. Being open and willing to adapt to our team's requests, suggestions and feedback on what will help us has been a constant with the team at ProNavigator. The collaboration works excellent, and we meet with them regularly to ensure that we use this tool to the best ability. They are making us more efficient. Technology constantly changes, and Sage moves along with these changes.
Pros
As our industry is constantly changing and the broker side is seeing increased workloads from company partners, this tool allows us to store everything in one place. Brokers, we must have up-to-date info to educate clients and provide them with options. This tool is helping to bridge the gaps, saving our teams time by having the information in one place and keeping phone calls into the company queues to a minimum. Constant improvements are delivered.
Cons
Initially, like any good tech tool, you have to put in the time to get the results you are aiming to achieve. Having to spend the time to send over all of the documents takes time during our busy days. Our goal with this product all along has been a one-stop shop for all of our Personal Lines products. Ease of use for our teams. One big con is not having all insurance companies understand that this is the tool we need to be professional leaders to sell their products by having their latest updates at our fingertips.

Big fan of Sage!
The program is very helpful for our brokers and is accessed on a daily basis. The program has evolved a great deal over the year that we have been working with it. Pro Navigator staff are friendly and constantly in contact looking for more ways to improve.
Pros
Sage is a great time savings program for our brokerage. Having all of our product manuals in one place is very useful and the AI generally makes finding information fairly easy. Pro Navigator is continually pushing out improvements on the program constantly!
Cons
Searching in the past was question driven and sometimes tough to find the right answers which was a struggle with onboarding, but they have moved to a key word approach which will make the process much easier. I would also like to see some more non manual options in the system such as a pro rata calculator and info on special limits.

Great tool for staff to have information at their finger tips!
Pros
The ability to have multiple carrier manuals in one place for our staff to find information a lot quicker.

It would be great to have the ability to have the company forms available and be fillable instead of having to print the form to fill in and then scan back to staff.

Great product
The main challenge a Broker has is trying to wade through the information. Sage does a great job of addressing that. The people are supportive and are always looking to elicit feedback on ways to improve the product.
Pros
Locating information has never been easier. One of the greatest challenges faced today is the overwhelming amounts of information that we have available. Ask Sage is a valuable resource that can help you find the exact information you need. It is taken to the next level when you can select multiple Insurers

The more the product can be integrated the better. Being able to access it while doing a quote or being on the Company portal would be fantastic!

A very important tool for all insurance brokers
We have seen a significant boost in productivity and improved quality of work when it comes to underwriting
Pros
The software is extremely easy to use and reduces the time it takes for me to find out insurance information. Rather than searching a million different manuals I take 1 minute to search on Sage and I get my answer every time.
Cons
I cannot think of anything negative to say. The team at Sage has been amazing to work with and all our staff love working with Sage.

SAGE is an amazing resource !
I tell my coworkers how amazing Sage is. Eliminates having to go into separate Portals when looking to Underwriting, forms, workflows. Saves so much time & gives the most up to date information
