I'm able to easily connect to my mom's desktop from my laptop (we live in different states) and I'm able to help her figure out whatever problem she is having.

I'm Brazilian and the browser helps me translate foreign sites, so the browser has already earned many points with me for the help that is given when translating to several languages, in the company the browser is 100% sought after for this function, because we make sales out of Brazil.

It is an easy browser to handle, but still with basic functions, the support for IT has grown considerably, but nevertheless leaves to be desired in the issue of line management that is still considered simple-minded.

The app proved invaluable for collaboration with colleagues during COVID. I use the app as a teaching app for Quickbooks. The app has worked flawlessly in the many, many years I have used it (over $10 years)

I wish there was the ability to print at the location. I often access my home computer at work and want to print what I have accessed and there is not that function. I have to save as a pdf and email the document to myself.

The service is easy to setup and you can connected to the temote xomputer even ot is locked up. It is also secure bevause you can use password to login. I like all the feature for now and also the session do not break.

The display quality of the remote PC is not slightly not good and sometimes the mouse drags when the network is poor

The software has decent, simple, and intuitive user interface which makes it easy to navigate. It has enough features to do its main function, desktop can be monitored and remotely used. Also, mobile devices can also used to access files on the computer. The buttons are responsive and did not encounter any annoying bugs.

I use this very regularly with my personal desktop when I am not at home. Most often using just my phone to connect and run thru a task on my machine. It works very well even with three screens on a little phone. It is very easy to move between screens and accomplish what I need.

Response time is a bit delayed sometimes, but really that is to be expected with a software like this.
