Amazing product and support staff!
QorusDocs, the company, is well run; has a clear vision; has a top-notch support staff; and clearly understands Proposal management and response generation!
QorusDocs is, by far, the best Content Management / Proposal Management platform on the market today! We know, we switched from another well-known platform.

QorusDocs is, by far, the best Content Management / Proposal Management platform on the market today! We know, we switched from another well-known platform. We submitted an RFP to a dozen players, 8 responded, 5 made the first paper cut, 3 gave us sandboxes to play - and in the end, QorusDocs won on function, support and roadmap.
During our testing, we discovered that QorusDocs used QorusDocs to reply to our XLS RFP (not easy, right?)!
Wait, that's not all!
QPilot, QorusDocs' industry leading AI assistant, is smart and safe (permission based and grounded). On top of that, we can store proven/vetted prompts for our user to "just click on!"
I could go on and on...

QorusDocs revolutionized our proposal creation process, making it efficient and enjoyable. The streamlined review process, coupled with the use of templates, significantly enhanced our team's business and product knowledge. As a result, we've accelerated our output and handled more tasks effectively. We're also regarded as smarter and more effective than ever before.

Once our team underwent proper training through Qorus University, we found QorusDocs to be user-friendly and intuitive. I particularly appreciated the smart fields, and after mastering the application of smart rules, our efficiency and productivity significantly accelerated.
Cons
Getting started with QorusDocs was a prolonged process for us. We felt the need for more initial support, and it became evident that we required additional help from Qorus and an internal team member to focus on training, database creation and cleanup, and template building. Once we carved out the time to do self-guided training, we realized it wasn't as complicated as we thought. We just needed to do it! And Qorus gave us the additional support we needed.

QorusDocs had the features and functionality we needed at a price point we were comfortable with. Also, the interface was user-friendly, and we were happy about the potential integrations. Good concept, poor execution
Concept is good, but the frustration of having to do a password reset every time highlights to me that the software itself is weak. What else is not working right?

Initial onboarding was difficult and somewhat confusing, but much improved once our Customer Success Manager took over.

Teams Integration is a Game Changer
Perception of the product has been up and down over the years. For our organization at times it has felt like there were too many steps to manage content, but the latest update has me ecstatic and happy to use the product again.
Pros
All of our sales content is in one easy to access location with add-on access from Word, Excel, PPT, & Outlook.
Cons
Keeping content up to date has always been a challenge, and when trying to push content through to approval it didnt always work and I didnt always know if content did not publish. But now we have a new version that has integration with Teams. This update has made it so much easier for my SMEs to review content, and for me to approve. Also, with the notifications through Teams I know right away that the workflow is working.

There were some issues with setting up the workflow for expiring content alerts.It takes some time for users to learn how to use the tool (it's not super intuitive).

Qorus Breeze to QorusDocs
We have been with Qorus for many years. We came into the relationship using Qorus Breeze and migrated over to QorusDocs with the publisher architecture. QorusDocs CSMs are stars and have guided us through the process and continue to make our business relationship the key to our success and how we deliver RFP content to our users.
Pros
QorusDocs has many features, many of which we haven't adopted within our organization, and those that we have are well received by our user community. In particular, the way in which we use Campaigns on our UI instance is a sparky way to guide our users to specific libraries.The QorusDocs Add-in is way-cool and our users really enjoy it too.
Cons
Items from our 'wish list' have been implemented but one is outstanding which is the ability to put Campaigns in a preferred order rather than how they are raised. ;-)

A nice layer of security and organization for self serve presentation development
Pros
The cart allows you to combine and build a custom presentation quickly and find/replace custom fields with smart tags is a nice feature that can speed up development for users that are savvy to use it.
Cons
The platform is very slow on our end. It takes a very long time to preview files, view the cart, and utilize the functionality. The add-on also tends to be very slow to load. If a user does not have a license in the organization, they cannot retrieve presentation slides without help from a licensed user.

Top Quality Customer Support!
QorusDocs has streamlined our sales process. Everything the team needs to make a new proposal is standardized and at their fingertips. The software is not hard for the team to use and there was 100% adoption.
Pros
The QorusDocs implementation was great. Our on-boarding team led us through the process and elicited what they needed from us, each step of the way. The ongoing support is amazing. Our dedicated customer support specialist proactively schedules a meeting with us once each month. Work life is busy. It's not easy to dedicate time to solving problems with the technology and automation solutions we use. Having a recurring monthly meeting helps us get the most out of Qorus. With each iteration, we are better utilizing this software. These incremental improvements make for meaningful progress in the way that our Sales team creates and manages the proposal process at Parlance.

I find it hard to find the time to learn to create new automated templates on my own.

Improved and Efficient Proposal Process with Qorus
Overall, Qorus improves the proposal management experience. It makes it easy to work with others in the organization through co-authoring and saving in real time. It also helps with the overall proposal management process through set workflows customized to our team. I highly recommend Qorus if you want to improve our proposal management experience.
Pros
We used different software prior to Qorus, and I cannot express enough how much of an improved experience Qorus is compared to the other. Qorus is a valuable tool for our proposal team, especially with the co-authoring function, allowing for an unlimited amount of users in the document, and being able to save in real time. When implementing Qorus, our reps guided us and helped us quickly understand the functions of Qorus and how to align it with our workflow and processes. We were able to build our workflow into Qorus, allowing for faster communication within our team. He also helped us to find the best and most efficient ways to organize all of our content in the database. It is easy to search through the database and my favorite part is how I can populate right into the document, making it quicker to develop the best response. With some turnover on our team, the ease of Qorus has helped us quickly onboard new team members who are able to be using it right away. Additionally, the Qorus service team is always available for questions and quickly resolve any issues.
Cons
I think there are a few functions that could be upgraded in the future. One specifically is the allocation feature. I really like that we can allocate to SMEs right in the document, taking them to the questions they need to answer. However, when co-authoring the document, you cannot allocate to anybody and SMEs cannot save their changes.

Impressive integration with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Pros
The integration between QorusDocs and Microsoft 365 is amazing. The Word add-in is lightyears better than the add-in offered by our previous software. It's incredibly easy to insert content from our libraries into our proposals. Also, having SharePoint as our back-end content management system is a huge plus for our organization. Last but not least, the technical support is phenomenal with very quick response times. From the help desk to our customer success manager to our implementation team, we've been in good hands with QorusDocs and it's been a great working relationship.
Cons
We're very interested in using the Share and Track feature, but most of our PDF proposals have links that don't function in the display view provided by Share and Track. As a result, my organization is still on the fence about using it.

Love the panel within the MS products
Love working with our account manager and the support teams. One of the better proposal management products in the market and our users really like using the panel to pull content from the content library to their working documents.
Pros
One of the few systems that works very seamless with Word, Excel, and PPT. Very easy to add content from the system to a working document. The ability to pull pitch information that is being tracked isn't great but the team they did create a custom report for us that was very helpful.
Cons
There are some performance issues with the on prem version when integrating with other firm systems.

By using Qorus, we are reducing the occurrence of human errors, especially when creating duplicate documents/proposals for various clients.
Pros
Extremely responsive account team and customer service/care. I am also very fond of the data tags and business rules functionality.
Cons
I would like to see more flexibility with stitching together documents of different format, such as pulling together word documents and PDF docs seamlessly.

Incredible, friendly service
Pros
It is very easy to integrate with other software, such as Microsoft Word. The customer support and training was hands-on and excellent.

While it was initially slightly confusing to set-up, the customer service made integration smooth and easy.
