Document management easily with Collavate

Helps me and my team to collaborate on document and editing in the same time. Great experience so far.

Pros

Due to the ease with which documents may be produced, shared, modified, and submitted, interaction and resource planning are simplified when using Collavate. Because of this, productivity and coordination have improved, making it easier for people like myself to meet our deadlines. Additionally, the program may be easily connected with other Google apps such as Google Storage and Google Sheets, and it has a user-friendly interface.

Cons

Even if the GUI translations may be customized (to Malay in my situation), it still displays alerts in the default language every now and then. This is a minor issue, but it prevents new workers from understanding the software as quickly as possible.

Easy-to-use electronic signature

Pros

Feature to submit and re-edit the doc after submission is very nice.

Good for managing approval files and check doc and approval on gmail

used ms workflow.
After migrating to Google Drive, I used several workflows.
I'm using this because there are features that I ask for at a low price.
After the workflow, automatic document centralization, approval line, and Google and organization chart are used conveniently.

Pros

Approval and auto file moving to archive for manage approved files.
syncing with google / hr system.

Cons

Not support signature on document directly. its working with pdf printing.

Good to manage approval forms

It is helping us migrate from paper forms to digital forms. Using Collavate makes it easier to keep track of old records and see future documents waiting to be approved.

Pros

Very easy to share Google Drive documents, making file sharing much more manageable since most of our employees already use Google. I like how the site is organized to make it easy to see different document forms being processed, approved, or denied. Easily keeps track of all documents to refer back to when needed.

Cons

Been using Collavate for about a month now and haven't had any issues with it yet.

Simplying workflow management and remote working

Collavate has helped improve team collaboration on a client project which has earned us a very good feedback from the client. Experience with the app has been quite smooth so far so would recommend to others looking at Collavate.

Pros

We use collaborate on a particular client engagement and the thing I love the most is the integration with gsuite. As the particular client tends to use google for most communication, being able to access the app directly from the gmail app/ google drive makes it really helpful.
It has greatly helped improve productivity in the client account by automating our workflow. Work regularly requires reports and documents to be edited, reviewed, and approved by the IRC team before final publishing. Collavate has helped streamline this process from report production all the way till finalisation. You can add files such as data from google sheets directly through in the document editor which for me was a big plus. Document approvals by reviewers can be tracked which helps avoid any delay.
Also, It is easy to create and add other team members using the collavate team version which greatly helps in collaborating on team projects.

Cons

We've been using collavate for a little over a month and a half and are yet to come across any major issues as such apart from some lag while trying to attach files to documents in the editor functionality. We've otherwise had a relatively smooth experience so far.

Easy document approval and workflow customization

Pros

Collavate was very easy to implement, you can approve workflows via mail. The customization of the users required to alert for each step of the approval process is very easy.

Cons

Although, you can customize even the interface translations (to spanish in my case use), it stills shows messages in the original language here and there, just a minor thing, but it keeps new users from learning fast.

A good application that enhances collaboration and workflow management

Collavate is a very useful application that has improved productivity, since it allows people to collaborate with each other by creating, sharing, editing, and submitting documents for approval. As a result, team members are able to meet project deadlines.

Pros

Collavate makes collaboration and workflow management easier since documents can be easily created, shared, edited, and submitted. This has increased productivity and teamwork which has helped people like me to meet deadlines. Furthermore, the application is easy to use and can be integrated with Google applications such as Google Drive and Google Docs.

Cons

I've only been a user of this application for a few months. Therefore, thus far, I have not had any issues with the application. Consequently, I do not have any cons to mention about Collavate.

Remote Friendly Tool For Companies

Pros

The document conversion and the workflow feature make employers life easy. Feature to submit and re-edit the doc after submission is very nice.

Cons

Nothing for now. They are working on building more features.

Easy to use for approval of documents using ISO Standards

Helps our approval process of important documents.

Pros

ISO Certified.
Can approve via Google email and gdrive.

Cons

Not fully integrated into google drive.
Would like to have pre-approval functions.

One of the kind app for collaboration.

Pros

Collavate makes complex work processes easier.
We can work from any platform like web, mobile, Slack or chatbot.
Upon initiation, automatic change of file name and PDF conversion are some of the feature I like the most.

Cons

I have not found any demerit of Collavate as such but it has minor issues like for approvals, it doesn't support Private Storage.
