Get Paid Quick and Easy
Overall, as an employee who uses Execupay I have been very happy with it.
Pros
This system is easy to use for both the admins and employees who are getting paid. I also like how secure the system is as each paycheck does have important personal information on it of the employee.
Cons
Right now the only feature I can think of that isn't the greatest is that when employees are trying to download their pay stub there are some hoops that they need to go through to protect the information. Good, but can be annoying as well.

Great value!
We have really liked this program since we switched over about 2 years ago. Our previous payroll companies were very pricey, but Execupay is very affordable, especially for smaller companies since the charges are set by number of employees and frequency of paychecks. It is very customizable and can fit all of your payroll needs. The only downside is their customer service, so if you are considering their services be sure you know the ins and outs of payroll and require very little assistance. If you know what you're doing, then it is a great product and I highly recommend it for the value alone.
Pros
The cost is very affordable, and it is very easy to use.
Cons
Their customer service leaves much to be desired.

If you want your payroll wrong and tax documents late, use them
Pros
Honestly, this was the worst experience our company has had using a payroll. They had wrong calculations for tax and deductions almost weekly. See below.
Cons
Customer support was almost non existant. We had an issue with a deduction that they caused and we found, when asked to correct they didn't know why we were making a big fuss about it as it was only a small issue. Then we needed to do an audit and every week after that more things would be wrong. They couldn't find the issue for months. Then, they didn't get our employees their w2's until February, which is illegal. So all in all, not a great time.
