Maqsam Pros and Cons
My company has used Maqsam for a while now, all I can say is Maqsam is worth every penny
Pros
Maqsam, has so far been the best calling app we have used in my organization, the efficacy of its dialer when we make calls is clear and always connects the call, its network is super stable, and customer service is quick to respond in my own experience with them
Cons
sometimes, the app on mobile takes a while to load, and in my experience i would usually use a specific number to make calls, and the receiver might see another country code calling them, this has to be fixed, it only happens on mobile

Not good at all.
Not good at all
For me, it has many problems.
Pros
It records calls, and we can listen to them after the call without needing to be an admin.
Cons
*It disconnects frequently during calls, regardless of the internet strength.
*The client cannot call back and be redirected to the person they initially spoke to.
*The sound is delayed.

good but needs some improvements in calling stability and also you need to inform all the clients with the required internet speed for smooth calls and the tools they will need to get the maximum of the software
