Manage Situations Easily and Effectively with OnSolve
100% satisfied user of OnSolve and highly recommend.
Pros
The platform is easy to use and allows for mass notifications using phone/text/and email. Notifications to all three platforms are sent at the same time to speed up message notification. The dashboard allows for message impact to be viewed to ensure messages are reaching the intended target. You can also have different groups to send messages which makes situation management effective. OnSolve is a smart choice for organizations.
Cons
We would like to see a Spanish translation service for messages which is more seamless and effective.

This software is extremely easy to navigate and user friendly.
Cons
Sometimes the map feature will freeze and I need to refresh the page to get items to show up.

MIR 3 Review
I had issues sending out alerts with Mir3 and customer service was not very helpful in this process.
Pros
I did not like using this software as it was hard to navigate. Our company switched to Alert Media

The pricing for this software was higher than usual.

Great experience, platform meets the needs of our organization!
Pros
Ease of use in setup, ongoing maintenance of employees/users as well a ability to communicate quickly and through multiple platforms to our employees.
Cons
Can take some time for initial set up to create templates but take the time, makes it much easier in the long run.

Intuitive UI for Mass Notifications
Overall the experience implementing and utilizing the OnSolve Platform has been positive.
Pros
The user interface for sending alerts is very intuitive. The learning curve for new alert initiators is minimal. The implementation team was extremely helpful and attentive.
Cons
The support does not always directly answer the questions raised in support cases. Requires a lot of back and forth to address questions or minor issues.
