Much more than an EAP
Excellent. Highly recommend the Sonder team and service.
Pros
Sonder provides both a push and a pull service to our Team Members. The alerts are great to keep emerging and topical issues top of mind, and the ease of access for specific support on an individual basis via chat, call and online articles is fantastic.
Cons
While the location services are great, when I was on holiday in the UK from Australia I got all of the local UK alerts (very helpful) but I did miss alerts on things happening at home which made it difficult to know if there were any risks for my family or my colleagues to be aware of.

Highly rated, suits our workforce age group. Very user friendly and relevant information and notifications.
Pros
Sonder provides health, wellbeing and safety support and relevant resources at the touch of a button. Options to chat or call or provide in person support depending on the needs of our team. Fantastic safety features which are used and appreciated by team members working outside of normal business hours.
Cons
Slight struggle with utilisation rates after initial roll out.

A strong and mature professional relationship. Sonder have listened and added additional support functionality through data reporting to help us better manage risk. Both Team Members and our executive / board have positive impressions of the value and benefits of the Sonder product and relationship
