Use of Enact for recording quality checks

Overall it is a very good system, especially when compared to the legacy software we were using before.
A nice feature to have would be an easy way to export QC check forms into printable versions, so that if there are any issues, paper based checks would be more easily available as a short term mitigation.

Pros

In my previous role I used Enact multiple times a day whilst working on production lines. I liked how easy it makes it to plan your day by having count down timers for all of the QC checks. This makes it easier to prioritise tasks and ensure that QC checks are not missed. I also liked how easy it is to pull up trend data so you can use the data to make more effective decisions.

Cons

As it ties in with SAP, if an error is made in SAP it carries over into Enact. For example if the scheduled end time of a production run is incorrect in SAP, it will affect the user's ability to use Enact properly.
I acknowledge that this has less to do with the quality of the Enact software and more to do with lack of training/discipline in the use of SAP, but it would be nice to have a workaround within Enact to enable QC checks to continue taking place in spite of SAP errors.
