Take Control of Procurement with Spendbase’s Custom Workflows

Pros

Spendbase empowers us to create our own tailored approval flows for software procurement, ensuring every purchase is aligned with our team’s specific needs and processes. The platform’s flexibility lets us designate approvers, streamline communication, and avoid endless messaging

Cons

A minor drawback is that setting up these custom workflows can be time-consuming initially, especially if your team has complex approval layers. However, once the workflows are in place, Spendbase truly simplifies the process, making the setup time worthwhile.

Spendbase: Simplifying SaaS and Procurement

Pros

Spendbase made it incredibly easy to identify underused tools and negotiate better contracts with vendors, saving us both time and money. The procurement automation was a game-changer

Cons

While the platform is powerful, the onboarding process could use more customization for different company sizes. It felt a bit generic at first, requiring extra effort to tailor workflows to our specific needs.

Simplified Procurement Process with Spendbase

Pros

Spendbase has made software procurement a breeze for us. It’s taken all the chaos out of our purchasing flow—no more endless threads of messages or lost requests. Now, everything from approvals to tracking is centralised, giving us a clear and efficient process that saves time and avoids confusion.

Cons

The only small drawback was the initial setup, which required some time to fully align with our workflow. Thankfully, their support team was hands-on and made the process smooth, so it wasn’t a long-term issue.

Streamlined SaaS management tasks

Spendbase's usage statistics have been invaluable in keeping us ahead of our subscription management.

Pros

The automation of SaaS management tasks has freed up our IT team to focus on more strategic projects rather than managing subscriptions.

Cons

So far Spendbase is very good and i have no negative feedback since the time that I have used it.

Comprehensive Spend Management tool

Pros

It's an all-in-one approach to spend management. Having procurement and SaaS management within a single platform streamlined our processes significantly. The real-time dashboard and detailed reports made it easy to monitor and understand our spending patterns, helping us achieve substantial cost reductions in SaaS and procurement. The consolidated view across different spending categories has been invaluable for better financial oversight.

Cons

A minor downside was the initial learning curve with all the available features. While their support team was helpful, a bit more guidance during setup could have made onboarding even smoother.
