Perform ETL and ELT data integration operations using DataStage
Integrate data from various data sources using IBM DataStage.
Pros
The service and client architecture helps the users to deploy the code and user the larger infrastructure to perform faster data load . The data nodes can be defined to enable parallel processing to perform ETL operation in more optimized way possible . The canvas of data stage is very readable and easy to build pipelines using drag and drop .
Cons
The cloud integration of the DataStage is not straight forward . Considering the current market situation we feel its one of the important areas where DataStage has to improve.
