Good platform for internal organization use
Pros
The feature to share knowledge throughout the organization and ask questions while tagging the respective tech stack which helps you target your question.
Cons
Too much clutter sometimes: The polls related to technology shared by employees create too much clutter and there are sometimes 10-15 notifications in an hour from BHyve itself.No option to subscribe to specific tags only so you get notifications for every post shared by each and every member.

"Effective for Knowledge Sharing, but Needs Improvements in Usability and Integration"
My overall experience with BHyve can be described as a mix of positive features and some areas for improvement. The platform provides useful tools for knowledge sharing and employee engagement, making it easier to connect and collaborate across teams. I found the features like peer learning and skill mapping particularly beneficial for fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
However, there were some challenges, such as getting accustomed to the user interface, which wasn't as intuitive as I would have liked. Integration with other tools we use was another area where we encountered some hurdles, requiring additional time and effort to align with our existing systems.
Despite these challenges, BHyve has been a valuable addition to our toolkit, especially in promoting knowledge exchange and team collaboration. With some enhancements, particularly in the areas of customization and integration, it has the potential to be an even more powerful platform.

Would not recommend this app to anyone
It is an average platform with too many open ended bugs. Despite highlighting and escalating the open issues to the development team many times, we just get disappointed by the standard answer that at the moment this can not be worked out and whatever customisation we are asking for is hardly implemented citing some or the other reasons.

The usage of AI and the scorecard system.
Cons
It is not training friendly software and the development team is adamant about not customising the requirements of the client citing some or the other reasons.
