Aroflo's Flexibility its greatest selling point

But the easy of purchasing materials, and allocating costs to multiple cost centres within a project and the real-time tracking of all expenses make Aroflo a useful tool in our business that seamlessly integrates with our accounting software, providing a system of tracking and cross checking costs for our team, in the office and on site simultaneously.

Pros

The flexibility of the software to accommodate such a variety of business models and expectations, and the ability to update information as circumstances change means that costs be captured per task, per project, or per business unit, and materials amended should situations arise that require it. Invoicing can be as simple or as detailed as circumstances require, and reporting includes both standardised and custom reports.

Cons

However the reporting while comprehensive needs to be set up very particularly in the case of custom reports to ensure there are no items missed or duplicated.

Review aroflow

Pretty good so far, training has been quite slow but our trainer is excellent. The phone help is great. But the email help is very slow.

Pros

Quoting Templates and ability to easily update inventory.

Cons

Not being able to limit the options for attachments on email.

Reasons for Choosing AroFlo

Fergus had alot of limitations, particularily around inventory and quoting. that were frustrating, their help often didnt answer the question, and we had trouble with invoice emails going to junk for our customers for quite a while, which hurt our business.

The sales rep for Simpro, was very dismissive, and our staff had used simpro in the past and didnt like it. Your sales pitch was much better.

Great Aroflo Experience

My experience with Aroflo was great. I did find the initial onboarding to be very clunky as there wasnt a real program to that.

Pros

I like the fact that everything I need is all in one application.

Cons

The thing that I least liked was the calendaring system. Calendar systems are one of those systems that are evolving rapidly and Aroflo should integrate with systems like Google, Outlook and Apple for best of breed rather than try and deliver comparable solutions for scheduling. I also believe the same goes for developing invoice and quote templates should not be in the Aroflo portfolio, it should partner with best of breed.

ARONO don’t do it!!!

Supremely frustrating. Cardinal sin type stuff that is not addressed at all by them

Pros

Before the problems, it helped with all facets of admin for my business

Cons

The part where the calendar deletes information that I do not have anywhere is a complete nightmare

Best job flow software out

Its taken me from blubbering with another job flow software, to now knowing exactly where everything and everyone is.

Pros

The profit monitoring side of aroflo is second to none

Cons

Its complex, but not over the top. Once you understand how it flows its really well set out

Reasons for Choosing AroFlo

It is great for a beginner/starting product. But the price rises and the lack of realtime support hurts. It was simple and easy to use but we out grew the platform.

The customer service got me over the line. From the get go, the aroflo team was happy to help. Onboarding (although it was paid for) was great, the took nearly everything needed into consideration, and the minor changes we need are fixed on the fly with phone support/screen share technology
