CuViBox is a human resources (HR) solution built for any consulting busines that makes internal hiring. Key features include detailed CV storage, advanced employee search, CV exporting to custom office docs and report generating.
CuViBox includes advanced search functions, based on criteria such as skills, experiences and qualifications. Multiple CV searches can be stored for later use.

Saves lots of time and money
CuViBox is super-focused on solving one problem: generating custom office docs with CV data. We asked our employees to fill out their CV in CuViBox, and in return, forget about creating other CV in different formats ever again. Now, our commercial team just have to make a selection of CVs and generate proposals on their own using our clients' preferred formats.
Pros
We had it up and running in one day.
Once we select our employees' CVs we can generate the CV section for tenders we work in with (literally) two clicks.
The CV search function is very advanced so are able to find very specific profiles.
We can add custom fields to the CV structure and then use them in the CV templates.
Cons
For complicated CV templates it might be necessary to pay for the customization service to get the desired outcome (quite affordable though).

Great product - better than competitors in CV Management
Pros
It was easy to use, and compared to other competitors that charged almost double or triple for what CuViBox does, CuViBox stands out in being an all-around good CV management tool
Cons
If users have resumes in multiple languages it counts towards 1 cv, wish it was per profile - but understandable for the price
