Love being able to easily provide security training and testing to our team
Overall our experience has been very positiive
Pros
The basic modules that it provides - it fills a gap that we wanted and needed to fill
Cons
Some of the administration is a bit more cumbersome than I think it should be. I'd like more available integration with the "Phish Alert" button in Outlook and our junk mail filter. I think this is a missed opportunity. We use on-prem Exchange. A couple of the courses haven't been high quality.
