Spectora it's a game changer in the inspection business
We all have problems that we face what I love about Spectora is that they always help out when needed and get to the bottom of the problem and it gets solved within a timely fashion.
Pros
Ease of use, looks profession, lots of optional services that can be added into the reports.
Cons
Cost, or a better discount for multi inspector firms like mine.

5 Star Home Inspection Software
It has been great. It was easy to learn and has a lot of great tools to help manage my business. The automated payment system has worked great. The few times I have needed customer support Spectora has been more than helpful and responded very quickly to my needs.
Pros
It was very easy to learn and navigate the software. I enjoy how integrated the payments and scheduling are and it is very easy to customize to fit to your company's needs.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints at the moment.

Spectora is worth a try, give it a shot!
The best experience is my customer's satisfaction.
Pros
Ease of use and time savings. I can work offline and sync the data when I'm back in the office. Realtime amendments for picky customers help a lot. I can view the reports with the customer which is nothing new but navigation is usually easy for everyone and the old timers that like PDFs have the option to print off a hard copy. The videos are easy to work with and I like all of the other visual reporting features. As of now, Integral Home Inspections is continuing to use Spectora. Every other opportune inspection software hasn't impressed me as much.
Cons
It's the best thing since sliced bread until you need after hours support

Loved Spectora at first. Disappointed in Past Couple Years.
When I started using Spectora almost 5 years ago the customer service and communication were second to none. As the company has grown I feel less valued and that the focus of Spectora has been on growing the company (likely to sell) rather than taking care of and providing the best product/service for inspectors.
Pros
Integration of scheduling and payment set them apart in the inspection software industry. Visual layout of reports is second to none.
Cons
Constant changes/new, unnecessary features while basic, necessary features need work/improvement. Did not stand up for users when settling with ReportHost, costing users money and time.
