About MyFax

MyFax is an online fax server software designed to help businesses send and receive faxes using local, toll-free and international fax numbers to streamline communications. Key features include archiving, automated routing, Office integration, activity tracking, communication management, document storage and fax management. Teams using MyFax's Share With 5 functionality can send faxes from up to 5 corporate email addresses from a single account, receive faxes in multiple email accounts at the same time and add, remove or change authorized email addresses using the MyAccount portal. The solution enables managers to receive faxes as PDF files, which can be viewed, saved, printed or forwarded directly from emails. Additionally, the Fax Archive platform automatically archives all inbound and outbound faxes, allowing employees to access them at any time and set custom storage periods for faxes. MyFax offers a multi-send feature, Fax to 50, which helps users send a fax to 50 different email addresses simultaneously. Applications for Android and iOS devices are also offered, allowing users to remotely view, send or receive faxes using mobile devices. MyFax is available on monthly as well as annual subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email, documentation and FAQs.

One of my favorite products of ALL TIME!!!

Love it. Easy to use. Money saver. Intuitive. Customer service on point.

Pros

As an IT administrator, fax machines are literally the bane of my existence. I wasn't trained to fix technology that was invented before toilet paper; however, I am the only IT guy for a ton of clinics and faxing is a necessary evil. Everyone was manually faxing until I showed them myfax.com. After we implemented this site-wide, it was a HUGE upgrade!!!! We saved a ton of money from switching to them. Also a round of applause to the customer service team. They are saints. Taking care of all of the faxing issues anyone has. I love them.

Cons

What do I like least about myfax? This is a hard one considering everything about them is fantastic. I suppose they could change the font on their website something that pops a bit more. The older gents in the office are having to zoom in to read.

Excellent service for faxing electronically.

Pros

This is an amazingly great service for sending and receiving faxes via email.

Cons

The process works by sending your fax via email, but you have to follow the instructions very carefully.

Customer support failed me miserably

Terrible treatment of long term customers

Pros

The service tends to work fine. No major surprises. No advanced features that would surprise you, no issues you couldn't deal with.

Cons

I used the service once, then a mistake happened and I had it billing me for another year, without any more usage. When trying to reach out to customer service, there was no phone number to call even though this is not a cheap service. Then the support responses landed in my spam a few times, likely because of an off-shore server that they were sent from. Once the responses arrived, they were robotic at best, with no suggestion for a compromise or an acceptable solution. Terrible, terrible experience, when I didn't even need that much.

MyFax ir Excellent

Pros

I have used MyFax for years. It is so much easier for me to send faxes via the app or email, than through a separate machine that takes up extra space. The app is user friendly, simple and easy. I can view received faxes, compose new faxes, attach my documents and send right from my desktop, iPad or phone.

Cons

There is not a single thing I do not like about MyFax and if something did come up, I believe there would be a simple way to reconcile the it.

Very Efficient
