Tix makes our daily life in our venue better !
We use Tix for ticket sale at our venue. Very easy to use, both for the customers and box-office personal. Good integration possibilities with other systems (mailchimp, planning software).
Continous improvements and added functionality launched regularly.
Very good support !

Ease of use and good functionality. Cost pr ticket only - no monthly regular fees.

Cons
Even more integration possibilities wanted. For example Zapier.

Pros
It is easy to learn for new users. A lot is logical and you can figure out how to do by yourself. It takes a short amount of time to set up events.
The support you get from TIX is great, they always have ideas, listen to what you need and care for your business.
Cons
If you want to sell package with seating online there are to many "clicks" to have a satisfying sell process for the customer. For singel tickets great, for more than that not very good.
The online buy process could be modified to be more customer friendly.

A variety of options yet easy to use
Pros
Using Tix has allowed us at Tjarnarbíó (small/medium sized theatre) to improve our online ticket sales and Tix is now our primary point of sale for tickets to shows and events. It is perfect for the entertainment industry, giving us a variety of options like online sale of additional products (e.g. drinks), gift cards and season tickets. The software is easy to use which makes training of sales staff that much easier. Customer service is excellent.
Cons
Through Tix it is possible to perform on-the-spot sales but that process is a bit cumbersome with some seemingly unnecessary steps.

The prfect ticketing system?
Tix has proved to be a robust, flexible system. Our experience with both the product and the staff has been one of complete satisfaction.
We are glad to be evangelists for this product!
Pros
This is a ticketing system designed from the ground up with exceptional functionality coupled with an intuative user esperience. Incredibly powerful without being overly complex.
The system handles sales for our symphony orchestra and opera in a venue with over 1600 seats. In th challenging times we have faced since implementing the system in August we have time and time again seen the benefit of the continuous development of the procuct to match the challenges we have faced in 2020/21.
We are extremely happy customers.
Cons
From the first pitch to the ongoing followup Tix have delivered on every level. We have no complaints.

TIX made our days so much easier
Selling tickets, managing the orders, keeping track og tickets sold and so on is so much easier for us after moving to TIX.
Pros
The easiness. TIX includes a lot of functionalities, but in a easy and more understandable way compared to other ticketing systems.
Cons
Design within the dashboard could be better, but it's still one of the more neat designs I've seen for a ticketing software.
