About Cloud Softphone

Acrobits is a cloud-based softphone solution, which helps small to large businesses configure, develop and deploy communications applications in real time. Key features include QR code scanning, customizable branding, push notifications, web callback and analytics. The solution enables employees to set up call forwarding to phones for the unavailable hours and transfer or receive files from multiple sources. Acrobits helps users upload contact details from phones, detect web phone numbers and send text messages to customers. With its VoWiFi feature, agents can initiate encrypted voice and video calls over a wireless connection. Acrobits offers API-based integration, which helps developers modify the existing system with IP telephony functionalities. It comes with a mobile application for iOS and Android. The solution is available on a monthly subscription and support is provided via email and documentation.

Everfast and Cloud Softphone

Very good. We were able to design the app with the same color scheme as our Metaswitch Commportal, makes for a better user experience.

Pros

Ease of use for Authentication. No common identity to verify or email to submit, just phone number and password. The ability to choose the option we need and have the flexibility to expand quickly and easily.

Cons

The installation errors are too vague. If the password is not correct the error is "error downloading", it's not a software installation issue it's an authentication issue.

Reasons for Choosing Cloud Softphone

We changed platforms from Broadworks/Webex to Metaswitch and during the implementation Microsoft/Metaswitch sunset the MaxUC product, so we need a solution.

The best mobile app

My favorite mobile app we’ve used with our PBX. Easiest and most feature rich and priced well. As well as great support.

Softphone Review

Pros

I liked you could choose to place it in the background or pin it upfront so no matter what you were working on you could always see the softphone window

Cons

I didnt like that we still had to use hard phones with this software-seems it wasn't a standalone product

Make the switch

The overall experience is a 10 out of 10

Pros

From start to finish the process with [sensitive content hidden] and the Cloud Softphone team was amazing. [sensitive content hidden] was helpful and made the process of white labeling Acrobits enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and responsive.

Cons

At the moment, there are zero cons. The whole process was amazing.

Best Softphone in the market

Pros

Easy to configure and customize phone display with logo, colors and functions.

Cons

No complains, there's no ther softphone in the market for VAR's better than this.
