My experience with the application in general was quite negative, because they focus on a very specific audience and it is also difficult to use and yields quite obsolete and late results.
Pros
I couldn't even mention a good feature of the application because it simply doesn't work in the staffing world, since it requires so many things to be able to perform simple filters.
Cons
The application is very poorly developed and the fact that it requires people to do what at this point in the advancement of technology a bot can do is counterproductive and hinders the process of recruiting candidates.
