Excellent, minus the note above. Love all the account reps that I have, however I especially miss [sensitive content hidden], she was the absolute best.
Pros
Simple and easy to navigate. Always coming out with new upgrade and data points. Ability to analyze performance across the competitive landscape.
Cons
Far discrepancy against 3rd party data, which I feel may be heavily driven by the time stamp for which a visit is considered a visit. Makes it challenging to use all the data. My organization only feel comfortable using it directionally so I often have to reconfigure the numbers into percentage charts.
