HRSource

HRnetSource is human resources (HR) software designed for small and midsize companies. It offers an employee database, payroll management and benefits administration, all within a suite. HRnetSource includes the HRSource module, which includes basic HR software features such as core HR, talent management, learning management and compliance. Its core HR functionality records all employee data in a central location, either on local servers or in the cloud. The talent management features of the software include applicant tracking, job posting, succession planning and performance management. HRnetSource also offers SelfSource, which is a cloud-based add-on that allows employees and managers to log in and enter online leave requests, approvals and appraisal forms. This product is available for both cloud-based and on-premise deployment options. It is offered on both perpetual license fee as well as per employee per month subscription fee.
