Great CRM not only for small business
Pros
Very easy to adapt and use even trying such kind of platform for a first time. Has a great number of important features like sales funnel, reminders, integrations, reports and so on.
Cons
Could be more features among reports but that's ok.

Good and easy interface CRM program
All our sales workers have their day planning in this CRM and do not forget any sales project. All client database is in one program and can every our worker find the client and who is responsible for this client. We can use CRM for making commertial proposals, proformas and invoices, and everything is in one place and we do by clicking one button.

If we need some new raport the developer makes or shows where to find
If we see the bug very fast answer and reaction
Good integration with google calendar
Cons
Not all the raports are perfect
New CRM program and some times have some bugs

its a solid CRM solution
Pros
it`s solid CRM solution. It does the main job very well and that is helping to manage sales pipeline. The ability to generate offer or quotes right from SpinCRM by populating Word templates with information from CMR has been especially useful. In addition to that, it has a very nice dashboard that is usually the first screen you see when logged in. It gives you the quick overview of what has to be done.
Cons
Nothing particularly. There might be scenarios where you might need to click a few more times to reach a record. Overall the CMR system is being quickly developed so all these situation which are known have been already sorted.

Response about SIN CRM
I have been working for almost a year.
I have easily learned how to work with this program without the help of others, it's easy to upload documents, create a customer database, issue invoices, make sales, contact a customer, find information when you leave a colleague, see the sales stage.
Pros
Easy to use, always updated, customizable to work area, all information can be stored in one place, linked to google so it can be easily linked to an email or calendar.
Cons
The ability to store all information in one place, which can be accessed by each colleague. It's fast for customer service.
