Pros

Flowable has a very good and flexible engine. There is so much feature about business management. Besides of this there is CMMN, IDM, DMN supports and features. There is included user management system. For backend, flowable has very flexible api.

Cons

Flowable is weak for cluster systems with 1 database. Because flowable works with periodic sql queries from the database. If you have more than 1 flowable instance, you must consider this. If wrong flowable instance gets your process or job, it will be fail.

We were able to produce outputs for process improvement in many places by collecting metrics on markers in line with the needs in our models. In short, it is very successful in modeling.

I would like to highlight & appreciate Flowable for its flexibility, customer service and ease of use as LowCode product.Flowable has an extensive flexibility to develop workflow for automation and orchesctration using triple crown standards of OMG either BPMN, CMMN or DMN along with out of the box implementation features.This is an excellent product and very good team who manages this product.
