Flexible and powerful CRM and lead management system for big sales teams

Salesforce sales cloud helped the team organize the sales process and communicate well on leads, even with most of the team working remote/on the field.

Pros

The system can work great no matter if your sales team is small or big, it has all the functionality and integrations you may need

Cons

The learning curve is a bit steep, particularly as concerns integrations and more advanced functionality

Salesforce is the dedicated CRM for Sales

We've been able to log more information about calls, which has helped us make sure different personnel aren't calling the same clients. We fixed a problem where different salesmen were calling the same new leads, and we made it possible to assign specific goals to individual workers.

Pros

For our company, Salesforce has been a godsend. It helped tremendously with planning ahead and scheduling calls and follow-ups. Connecting Salesforce and Outlook has been really helpful for me because it streamlines my tracking and allows me to go back and add any missing details from my day.

Cons

It's usually more expensive than competing CRMs, but you may offset that by buying extra licenses for users, whether they're on the platform or not.

How to matur a young sales team

If it weren't for Salesforce Cloud, My team would have taken months longer to ramp up and mature. From the get-go we used the pipeline tools to see and manage our efforts and quickly saw what efforts had the most impact. This gave us the ability to be more dynamic from campaign to campaign making strategic decisions on the fly and in allocating budget.

Pros

From the day it was "turned on," I was able to use tools to train, mentor, and mature my sales team. Visual tools and reporting were incredibly helpful to a team that was learning and growing.

Cons

The cost and customizations required sometimes can be a lot but when done properly, those customizations are worth their weight in gold.

Manage your Sales Process with Ease

Overall it is an excellent product to manage the sales process. My experience was positive and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Pros

The best part is the ability to manage assign and track the entire sales process even with sales teams spread all over the country without having to manage a server in house.

Cons

The learning curve is a little steep for Salesforce in general, however the Salesforce help sections, training material, and robust user community make solving problems and getting answers to questions pretty easy.

Sales Cloud by Salesforce is a Sales Professional’s best friend!

Overall, my experience with salesforce sales cloud was great. The company provides a lot of essential tools for sales professionals. Although the platform is expensive, If you’re looking to scale your sales team, this platform is very helpful.

Pros

I would say both the pipeline feature and contact management were my two favourite features. In sales, being able to relay accurate data and potential sales during company meetings/money huddles are key in predicting company sustainability and growth. Having my pipeline right in front of me made me feel very confident when reporting to my Sales Manager.

The contact management side of Salesforce was also excellent. Being able to keep a clean and organized database of contacts is very helpful. I also liked how we are able to review messages and history with each contact.

Cons

I would say some of the sales hub knowledge material was a little out dated from time to time. This might be a bit picky, as most of the content was good.

Great for sales and management

It is great! Overall the main tools I used daily were awesome and always found new ways to play with them and use them to my job better. Just some minor glitches.

Pros

The main features like the pipeline management and division. All the data of your lead on the main page without having to go in to your lead. The ability to have tabs within the tabs for an easier experience having multiple leads open.

Cons

That the task you set up for reminders or calls was not working 40% of the time. 10% of the time the leads did not go off your pipeline after calling them or when you remove them.

Helps as a company create good commercial strategies

It allows you to have real-time reports on each specific client without being expensive. In my organization, I required a system capable of grouping and sectioning each client to know their interests and offer them the best.

Pros

I like it because it allows the monitoring of each client individually, so that when creating strategies this solution works as an organizer, manager and organizer for better business processes, I like it because it is not complicated to manage so in financial areas and marketing is positioned as a profitable and sustainable alternative for companies

Cons

I have no problems regarding the work procedures in which the employment has been reliable and safe.

Salesforce Sales Cloud

You get what you pay for, as I usually say, and Salesforce is no exception. It's a significant investment to integrate Salesforce into your software stack, but it will most likely pay for itself. Salesforce is quite powerful for automation and data collection. It is the best CRM I have ever used because I can add various sections (objects), fields, reports, and rules in a matter of minutes.

Pros

The best part of Salesforce Sales Cloud is the ability to manage and monitor everyday operations inside each account. It makes it possible to stay up to date on ongoing actions and guarantees regular, thorough visibility into each account's development.

Cons

The mobile application is excellent and really helpful, however I don't like how expensive this platform is. I've had a positive overall experience with this platform.

Salesforce: a useful tool for non profits of all sizes

We have really enjoyed using sales force. Having one system to monitor all of our important engagement data is a huge plus. In the past i've worked at non profits that employ a different system for every type of metric, so instead of everything being in one place, you have to login to multiple sites and it takes alot more of my time to gather all the information needed to successfully target a fundraising campaign. This frees up my time to work on more important day to day operations and not have to spend so much time in the office gathering data from different places and putting it together manually.

Pros

My favorite parts of salesforce have to be having a central database where we can store all of our information regarding engagements. From clients, to donors, to volunteers, and even board members. We use it to keep track of all types of information and it allows us to target specific "high value" donors who are more likely to donate based on previous donation history. It makes it very easy for us with just a few clicks to see all the information we need to successfully run a fundraising campaign and get it to the right people.

Cons

It could be a little more intuitive, this may be a byproduct of having so many features. Sometimes it is a little difficult to navigate for people who aren't as familiar with salesforce. Sometimes we get volunteers that prefer to volunteer by assisting with admin tasks. Sometimes we run into issues where generally tech saavy people have trouble navigating and using some of the features in sales force. Again this is probably because it has so many features that are very indepth, not necessarily a bad thing.

Great and modern system

The system is vastly superior to other alternative platforms. The system is sleek and very user friendly.

Pros

The fresh look and integration to link to other system is a nice touch. The font layout and design is very useful for everyday use. Nice to see the system evolve in the right way over the years of use.

Cons

There can be occasions when the system is slow to use or encounters errors in time this has got much better and the overall experience has got better month on month.

This product is a game-changer, offering a unique blend of innovation and functionality. Its sleek design and cutting-edge features make it stand out in a crowded market. Users will appreciate its versatility and user-friendly interface, but there's an air of mystery surrounding its full potential. While some may find its performance impressive, others might feel it falls short of expectations. Overall, it's a curious addition to the realm of consumer goods, leaving users intrigued and eager to explore its capabilities further.

Me Salesforce Experience

My overall experience is quite good. Its well organised and a bit confusing at first but once you got the hang of it its a great way to work with your data and store it. I think depending on what business, it can be of great use.

Pros

I like that once you understand how to use it, it basically falls into place... everything makes sense. You just need to get the hang of it and once you have that its pretty easy to understand.

Cons

The set up..in the beginning. It just didn't make much sense to me but as i mentioned, once you get it, its pretty easy
