Best product for project management
The overall experience with the product is very good and I loved it.

The tracking and planning tool is very useful as it can be used to see the status of the project at any given time

Useful tool for growing teams
Overall, a decent option, especially if you're already using other Atlassian products.
Pros
The ability to manage projects and teams through an agile framework as they grow bigger is valuable, giving a clear understanding of how smaller tasks and projects fit into the bigger picture and wider aims of the company.
As usual, integration with other Atlassian products is a key benefit here.
Cons
It's pretty difficult to use at the start, and takes some getting used to. This is a common issue with Atlassian products in my experience.

Great for mid-sized organizations looking to bootstrap
It's been great, I would recommend if you are looking to centralized many aspects of a project into one single ecosystem and to scale your operations on an agile-based approach.
Pros
It is easy t use and counts with many integrations with the entire Atlassian ecosystem. What I like the most is the ability to create a centralized organization chart linked to my many other projects via a direct lunchpad service.
Cons
Implementation times could be a little extensive depending on the industry you try to apply this to, I would suggest paying for the extra few dollars to get a representative with more experience to help you set it up.

Perfect implementation tool for SAFe Agile
Easy implementation since it is Saas product, you just setup your org hierarchy, teams, Jira integration and you can start seeing the magic happen. Very useful when it works as expected. Troubleshooting any issue is also not trivial. Overall very pleased with the product.
Pros
Out of the box implementation of Agile methodologies like SAFe, Lean, etc. Also built in integration with Jira helps a lot. Lots of rooms, reports and dashboards at each level in the hierarchy to track metrics.
Cons
Integration only with Jira so you will have to build a custom integration if you are using other ALM tools like Rally. Also it would have been nice if instead of being a separate tool, it was integrated right into Jira itself.

AgileCraft helps make work visible
We need to have visibility into our work - top to bottom - and AgileCraft provides that. Team members can see at the user story level how their work relates to the goals of the business, which is critical to effective decision making at the team level.
Pros
AgileCraft helps make work visible, which is key to ensuring we're working on the right things and that we're aware of the risks and issues that might keep us from success.
Cons
AgileCraft is a feature-rich application, and with that comes complexity. It can be difficult to get less enthusiastic stakeholders over the threshold until they start to get used to the system.

JIRA Review
Pros
The software has been straightforward to use to help communicate/coordinate IT requests by our customer and ensure we are meeting project deadlines.
Cons
At this time from a Program Manager view, I am able to review tasks quickly to get an update and communicate as needed to the IT team for further details as needed. So the software is meeting my needs.

Great Agile LIfecycle Management Tool
Excellent partnership. Willingness to support what we need as a company
Pros
Ability to support SAFe top to bottom.
Cons
So many choices it can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to the reports. It's a little like the menu at the Cheesecake Factory.
